Sylar wins this if he can get a clear hit on Castle, but the jungle enviroment plays heavily in Punisher's favor. I doubt Sylar would be able to find Frank without having to go through several traps. We are talking claymores, land mines, even naturally made traps like Arnold used in Predator. Then, there is Castle himself, armed with grenades, RPGs, a Sniper Rifle, and god knows what else. Honestly, I think 3 days preps is too much time to give Punisher to fight almost anyone and frankly Sylar has never fought anyone on Punisher's level. The heroes in Heroes are all pretty rookie.
I am not seeing that you gave Sylar any prep time, so I am going to say that Punisher solos this. Have Deadpool as a decoy, if anything, if overkill. Frank could kill Sylar without him ever knowing he was found. Plus, with prep, Castle becomes almost Batman-esque in his ability to corner someone's weaknesses. In addition, you said he could use any weapons he wanted. I mean, they created a comic where Castle killed the whole MU.
