Zaraki.  If he could take down Nnoitra, he can take down Grimmjow too.  He'd have to try though; the eyepatch would definitely have to come off, and he might even need to put both hands on his sword.

616 Cap faces off against Saren Arterius, the rogue Spectre.  Cap has his shield and normal costume.  Saren has his hover-platform and normal weaponry.  Battle takes place at a construction site.  Who wins?

Mind tricks only work on the weak-minded.  If Jabba the Hutt and Watto can resist them, I'm pretty sure the Hulk, who can withstand probes from the most powerful telepaths in the Marvel Universe, can manage it too.

Naruto outclasses X-23 in all the areas that matter.  She might be able to land a killing blow on him if he lets her get in close, but she doesn't have the strength, speed or mobility to fight him head-on.  If Naruto uses his head and doesn't hold back he should be able to take this fight fairly easily.
