Spidey is still considered a street level because is officially stated to be a 20 tonner, but unofficialy he's clearly a 40-50 tonner, so, yeas, he shouldn't be a street level character anymore, he definitely was a ST level for many years when his strenght was 10-15 tons. IMHO, above 20 tons you can't be considered a street level character anymore.

"Street level" doesn't mean that a character is not superhuman, you know...

I can't see the problem to portray Batman for what he actually is, a peak human in any physical area, but in movies they always want to portray him with a pseudo realism, even Batfleck wasn't that great, he looked great just because Baleman was ridicously weak. I don't know what Reeves want to do, but I really doubt he will be a peak human like he is in the comics.

Unfortunately we can't have any hint about Striga's strength level, but be much stronger than a Werewolf is not a joke I guess.
