It will be mostly uncinematic version of fight between two person. Spider-man can't do a much damage to Killian on range distance (maybe except drop some whole building on the head) and Killian can look how Spidey swing and swing over him. I don't think that Spidey can do much damage in close combat and kust can be killed. Then Spidey understand that he need something additional tech and goes to lab where make some tech (in few weeks where will be black screen with "Some times later....") to overcome Killian (for my opinion it is most possible, but I believe that this action is definetly not an a bloodlusted action) and win.

So I have a little script for USM 3 (Sony can send me money on VISA 999....999). But I don't think is it reall interesing fight.

Spidey 6-10/10 wins (due he has brains and will not come to close combat and on distance Killian doesn't show some respectful feats)

Iron man Anthony Stark due not so long time to prepare. If time was when it's ready then it's ready maybe will be other result. But current only him has an a some preparation for solve some topics. In other cases Richards/Dooms-Luthor/Pym/Stark-Batman (out of class is Megamens due I don't know much about them). Also all others can swap some positions cauz maybe (oh great? really) I'm missed something.

8-9/10 to Thor due to his knowledge to breck neck, bones, heads in fight. Pepper had chance only when she reallllly need it (and she hasn't lot of practice)
