I love speedsters, Jay Garrick is my favourite, but why can't Marvel make a Speedster that Has the same reverence and attention that DC gives there Speedsters. Jay Garrick has a huge following and he's got an iconic look, he even Has a name as Silly as The Whizzer. The Flash is a silly name, but nobody cares or they think it's cool, because DC presented it that way. Speedsters have always been popular, so why can't Marvel get such a character to stick? Sure, there's Quicksilver, but Has Quicksilver ever been used properly to truly be The Flash's equal? He has it all, cool name, cool powers, even a cool look. Yet, has he ever gotten more than a miniseries? The Whizzer, goofy name and origin aside, potentially great character. He's Marvel's Jay Garrick. Why haven't they used him as such. Until recently, Marvel shunned away from it's Golden Age, pretending that Captain America, Sub-Mariner and Human Torch were all there was, retconning in a bunch of characters like Spitfire and ignoring the cool characters they had, like Whizzer or the original Black Widow. Sure Whizzer popped up as an Avenger once, but died. He never came back and for a Superhero, that's something. Another retcon speedster is Super Sabre, could've been Marvel's Max Mercury or even a Johnny Quick....but nope. What about Yankee Clipper, again, not a peep. Whizzer could be so much more for Marvel. He's popped up in stories set in the 40s, but never made the impact of Jay Garrick or achieved a Rose coloured tint that Max Mercury did or develop a little arc as touching and well done as Johnny Quick's Family and Love Life. All that came about was a poor knockoff of Johnny Quicks love life. The Whizzer May have a dead bird on his head, but the dude deserves more, he's a Speedster, he deserves the Jay Garrick treatment, he's been waiting long enough.

Let's face it, The Black Scorpion TV Series was pretty bad. It could be awesome if rebooted and gone the way of Arrow now. I never liked the super car, or the crazy gadgets. The electric ring thing is a terrible idea...but it could be a good one and a new twist on a classic if done properly. Keep her origins and costume the way they are for a start.

Let's start off with the Ring, It's cheesy. I'd suggest we go The Phantom rout. It leaves a mark on Her(Black Scorpions) enemies. "But wait there, on Mythbusters blah blah blah." I know, here's my suggestion. The whole electro ring, instead of it shooting electricity, it burns a little Scorpion onto the skin of crooks. So BS(Black Scorpion haha I know, but I'm Lazy,) has to get up close and personal to inflict damage.

The Gadgets....no. Scorpion Mobile...No. She seems more like a Biker Lady to me. She can have a mechanic make her stuff, custom wheels, more realistic things. And let's not have the guy be some bad stereotype. The Super-villains have a potential to be good villains. I like the Idea of actors like Adam West, Burt Ward, Lynda Carter, Dean Cain, Wil Wheaton, Bruce Campbell, John Wesley Shipp and other former TV heroes having Guest spots or returning roles on the show, not necessarily as Villains like last time. (I know Wheaton is not an ex superhero, but he'd still be cool to show up.)

For Those former actors, they could play ex heroes who have retired. A sub plot for the series. Lynda Carter could be mayor, but a corrupt one who was once a crime fighter. Have on going plots and twists like in CWs Arrow. Oh, and for the SyFy Channel heroverse...They made Stan Lee's Lightspeed, so why not reboot that as well and have a shared universe with original heroes, some have their own series, or movies or mini-series. This is just something that could work. I was bored tonight and thought this up. If you think it's a good idea or have ideas you want to add, please contribute to the forum. And Be excellent to each other on here, no trolling, or foul language...foul language is only acceptable if you mean it as a positive. Thank you.

I saw this on Saturday, It was definitely amazing and very exciting. Russel Crowe's Jor-El was my favorite thing about the movie. I will spoil one easter egg cause the people I went to see it with didn't see it, so I want people to look for it....Look for a "logo" on a tanker truck ;) My one gripe was with coughing. You'll see.

Personally, Having The Watchmen Universe Characters in the DCnU would be a horrendous Idea. Let sleeping dogs lie. There is no reason for it. If there were to be a team of Charlton Heroes, I'd prefer they show up on Earth 2. Mostly because I'm a Ted Kord fan. He's who I grew up with, and he's who's ride I'd steal. Nothing against Jayme. The Earth 0 versions have become too diluted and DC centric. Nothing left of the Charlton era. (not a bad thing really.) Earth 2 is clearly the home of The Justice Society, but I remember a Time when they were the only heroes on Earth 2. Having a more diverse Earth 2 would be a big benefit for me. I'd revive L.A.W as an Earth 2 team, maybe led by Terry Sloan like how Maxwell Lord ran JLI, or Sarge Steel like Steve Trevor is running the new JLA. Use all the Charlton Heroes. Captain Atom, but closer to the original Silver armed blue body suit version, not the Manhattan Wannabe of Earth 0. Making a 'Fox Features' Phantom Lady Inspired version of Nightshade should be easy, If Thunderbolt is Ozymandias right, give him some pants and pit his mind against Sloan for control of the Team. Use 'em all. Diversify is what I say......However, I have a Better Idea, Make an Earth 4 Comic. Make it dark and complex like the Watchmen Universe...hell make it a Vertigo Title. DC had plans to continue the Watchmen Universe, but those plans never came to fruition, I see no reason why They can't use those plans on the Charlton line.
