What makes you sure,Braniac has enough intelligance to find a weakness,Superman,Black Adam,Firestorm,WW,MM,thats one hell of a line up,nt sure about the "Without much effort" part"
Brainiac can't device a plan in seconds and get the other's to follow. Galactus can just turn them all into energy and feed on them. Not only that, but there's basically two Galactuses. Regular Galactus, and Tyrant who is basically almost on Galactus' level. There's also the Surfer who is an issue due to his power to release energy and create a black hole. I don't see the JLA and Brainiac winning."
Dr.Fate is pretty much resistant to attacks that Surfer and Tyrant dish out,im Sure Black Adam ans Supes can take Tyrant anyway.Firestorm and MM could take SS down together with ease

hmmm... you have 3 wildcards here that could turn the tide of battle... Firestorm, Dr Fate and Black Adam... i'm tempted to say G and the Heralds, but those wildcards are throwing me off, especially Dr Fate... I abstain, calling a draw M"
Thats what i mean,that line up is just toomuch for the Herald IMO,if Beta ray bill can beat most heralds,so could this lineup,Firestorm is on par,if not better then SS
