The T-300 and T-400 have built in particle beam weapons that can fire lasers at the speed of light, just a one second burst coming from the T-300 is capable of destroying the vault of a bank with ease mean while the T-400 has triple that fire power, as for durability T-300's & T-400's are frail however energy shields have been built in to solve this problem, a T-300 can survive an entire minute of non stop repulsor blasts coming from a T-200 before its shields deplete...meanwhile a T-400 has triple the energy shield defense a T-300 has.
