Wouldn't that sort of be a pointless battle since I'm assuming anyone with sonic scream powers would be immune to their own powers to keep themselves from harming their eardrums?
Carol gave her a chance to redeem herself but she didn't want to. I think that's what sets her apart from other characters. Seriously, being a psychopath is Karla's MO. As a psychiatrist, she has convinced patients suffering from depression to commit suicide in front of her. She's about as evil and insane as they come.
She only had the gravity-based powers when she was in possession of the second moonstone, which she no longer has. Energy manipulation is part of her standard power set from the first moonstone.
This situation can potentially occur in the game Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Let's just say Mystique was NOT happy. And it's considered the worse of two scenarios, the other of which has Jean becoming Dark Phoenix.
Old topic I know, but the character was only written because Chuck Austen saw himself as Havok and modeled Annie as his wife. So he essentially wrote in a character to break up a happy relationship (obviously it didn't last. Annie and her son disappeared) that has existed from nearly the beginning of the comics. What a jerk.
" Fear not, it's possible that she can regain her powers. Characters get depowered and repowered all the time. "
I don't think she is a high priority for Marvel. I have been waiting for that since New X-men. Syrin from X-Factor has similar powers "
I always thought Wind Dancer's powers were more like Storm's except only over wind and air. I guess she never proved as popular. Then again, Jubilee is moderately popular for a B/C-level X-Man, but that might be more from having been on the animated series.
