Having Xavier would be a very good advantage for the Skrulls in the Secret Invasion. As one of the members of the Illuminati, he could help shield the identities of skrull agents and make decisions which would eventually grant the Skrulls a reater chance of success to win their war. It also does seem fishy how Xavier explained that he was unable distinguish that Black Bolt was a replaced by a Skrull Agent...

He would be a great twistin the marvel society if Xavier was revealed as a Skrull Agent.
