@mraugen: $700? That's...quite a bit.

The way I see it, Power Girl has no current chance at a solo live action movie. However, it's getting a bit more intriguing in other respects. Depending on how Cyclone and the Hawks test in the Black Adam movie, there might eventually be a JSA movie, but that's a few years away at best. And there's no reason to assume they'd include Power Girl in such a movie after basically pretending she doesn't exist whenever the JSA are used, (so far on TV in Smallville, Legends, and of course Stargirl). That said, there might also be spin-off from the Stargirl show, and one of them might include PG. Assuming they do bite the bullet and have spin-offs. However, with the move to CW for that show, and given that the CW has had countless chances to do a Power Girl story or use her character in some way and haven't, and given that they seem all in on Melissa Benoist's Supergirl, that might not happen either.

At least though there seems to be a chance. As to who would eventually play the character; I'd assume it will be someone we've never heard of.

There are none; he's just trolling. Bored, I suspect.

@valentinward: Well, they really did about the minimum with her. During that time, characters like Stargirl, Cyborg, and others got plenty of media appearances, TV, movies, and multiple comic books including multiple goes at solo titles. PG...almost nothing, even comics book appearances.

Power Girl is in fact in that new Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey, (not the movie, but the comic book). She does have some dialog, but is likely not in it much and likely does nothing. Basically, it's the standard Palmiotti/Connor Power Girl from the Harley stuff they've done, who is much less interesting than the very same character done in her own series by the same people...go figure.

Still, if you must have a PG appearance of any sort...well, it's here.

Well, I guess PG's back. Yay. Yawn. I would have hoped she...came back in some way instead of suddenly being there because...Dr. Manhattan did something...a Controller did something? And no lines AFAIK, just there for art. Wake me when she actually does something.

@mraugen: I suppose it's something, but putting my favorite DC character as my least favorite DC character's sidekick is not something I'm in favor of. In fact, I'm not in favor of Palmiotti ever writing PG again unless he has a plan for her and sticks to it. Just light, dumb little stories like they did in their PG run won't cut it. Not if that's the only thing she's in, anyway.

@mraugen: I think she's down to 63 on CBR these days. So...being almost completely absent for over a decade with only another one of her worst outings, (in the nu52), to break it up seems to have an impact on her popularity.

One would think that her popularity back on this version of their poll would seem to indicate that she's worth pursuing, and giving a solo title, given all the others below her on the list who have had multiple titles since Flashpoint.
