As many people believe, fire is the most dangerouse elemental based Kinetic ability. Pyrokinesis to be exact, which is the ability to create, control fire. To get into very technical comic speak... Thermokinesis plays a big wrole in this, because Pyrokinesis comes in many forms. One of which is the ability to create fire. Now if one could not control the fire they created, it would be a very dangerous thing. Therefore Thermokinesis, the ability to control temperature is important.
Hydrokinesis, probably the most underused Kinetic ability, is the capacity to control water. is very useful. As a biased writer, I will list all of the possible things that are possible with this ability alone. One can create waves, whips, drills, knives, water jets, spouts, etc.
But once again, Thermokinesis, plays a huge role in an even more powerful hydrokinetic. If a person with that ability plus thermokinesis, were to combine the two, danger is nothing but a word. Someone with both abilities could create shards of ice, and freeze the liquid inside an organic substance.
This making Fire and Water not so different.
Another thing is how sinister they both can be... Bloodbending, coined by our favorite show Avatar the Last Airbender, is the ability to reach inside someone's body with hydrokinetic abilites and control the fluids within them, essentially controling them. Firebending, also coined by Avatar the Last Airbender, has given some of thier benders the ability to control lightning. Although, they got it backwards, because Fire is the derivetive of lightning. But in any occasion lightning, or electrokinesis is dangerous beyond comparison, to many other powers.
Well first off, let me tell you that this experience came from a dream...Yes a dream, nothing else, but what I got from it was this...
In the dream...I went to visit my autistic niece (she's not really, remember this is a dream) and when I gave her a hug, I immediatly felt sick to my stomach. I mean this feeling I got from her, of what the guards were doing to her and the rest of the patients made me absolutly insane. The visions that I recieved from her turned my heart cold and black, and all I wanted to do was kill the man who had done such horrible things to her.
I ran to the bathroom and threw up. Then, I just walked out of the room and grabbed the guards gun and shot him point blank in the head. Then, after that, I shot another and another. The facility went into lockdown, because of my killing spree. And the bad part is, it was only one person, the rest of the people, (only the staff) were simply apathetic to the situation, and therefore gave up thier right to life...There was this one guy I remember, he tried to take the gun away from me, and I broke his fingers with the blunt end of the gun smashing them untill they bled, and then as he screamed in agony, begging for an ounce of mercy, I shot him point blank in the head. As I had everyone...
When I woke up, I still felt the unbelieavable pain I had in the dream, it took me an hour to calm down. After some intense prayer, and some consolling from my mom I was finally able to shake the feeling of hatred and complete and utter sorrow...And this is why EMPATHIC POWERS SUCK, and they are usually never helpfull in real life...

Reason Number One- Whenever someone new comes along say Keri Hilson, they take it upon themselves to make her seem like the new it girl...=they try to take advantage of the wave effect, and once it's over they don't even think twice about the person (ie Tango Red) Resone Number Two- It only reprsents the ignorant part of black people Reason Number Three- M.I.A...is not a black chick, she is indian from india Resone Number Four- M.I.A makes a song about drugs (one of many) and now all of a sudden she's part of us as a black community Reason Number Five- They played Soul Plane, which is kind of ironic since that movie kinda was like a demonic succubus=everything that's wrong with the black communtiy Reason Number Six- They don't give props to the people who really deserve their dues, just the ones that are willing and or have already conformed to the status quo, (ie. Seal) Reason Number Seven- They represent only one side of the black community, and are proud of it..."jus keepin it real" Reason Number Eight- They are the most unoriginal network I can think of...I mean, College Hill=Real World, Baldwin Hill= The Hill, Harlem Hieghts= Laguna Beach
this is just a few, I couldn't really think of any others at the moment but as I stew, I'm sure there will be more
Okay...as I go off into the workforce...I was thinking about becoming a teacher...Of History (U.S), and Creative Writing...So as I discussed this with my art teacher, we started to have a deep conversation about college, education, religion, and even comics...That was my fault, but then we got back on topic. She said, although it's been said so many times before that America's priorities are really out of wack. I mean, teachers on average make less than 70,000 a year, now that is really appauling, since movie stars and singers, and sports players get contracts that are worth Millions...
Don't get me wrong, I love America's entertainment business, but it makes me wonder how anyone can live with theirselves knowing that the people responsible for thier children are not even making enough, and the people they watch on tv, and in movies whom most have never met a day in thier lives make millions. So I ask you ComicVineans...what do you think?
