"I would, but the whole registration business keeps being a hero' all illegal and stuff. I actually decide to read into it a bit, and I just find it a bit flawed. I don't think you should have to have a license to keep a guy from getting hit by a truck."
@The Psyentist: "I'm afraid I'm not feeling like telling you that doctor. I'm sure the Cape Killers will be sending you a file in some time if your so terribly curious. I personally think it's a bit irrelevant to my mind's workings'."
@The Psyentist: He shrugged a little. "Well, they are a little odd to be honest. Normally, I'm like this. Just walk around all normal like. Except but one little thing most people don't notice. Sort of invincible to some degree. Been shot, exploded, stabbed, launched out of cannons, whole lots of stuff. Still live and well afterward. Well, the way I was in the bar was a bit different. See, at other times, I'm like.. well, a living shooting star for lack of better words. I go everywhere like a rocket, knocking everything out of my way. When I'm flying, of course. When I'm on the ground I can be hurt like any other fella. That is the way I was in New York." He sighed. "And, for your little record, I don't think that's what registration is for. I think it's just another way the paranoid idiots in office wanna stir up problems."
