Name: David Lawrence Brady
Nicknames: Old Man, Dan, Boy Scout.
Faction: Lawful Good/Neutral
Age: His birth certificate was burned, and he doesn't talk about his age. He let's people guess his age all they want.
Hair color: Orange-ish, but turning gray.
Eye color: Hazel
Skin color: Caucasian
Powers: Absolutely none. He's pretty close to a physical peak in human prowess in stats.
Training: Boy scout as a kid, wrestler in high school, police training, military training (not a veteran, however), S.W.A.T. training, several miscellaneous common martial arts, rigorous self-training while in prison.
Gear: Keeps a magnum revolver on his body at almost all times, along with spare magazines. He has a baton most of the time as well. He has a stash in his van, which he uses mainly, which includes: A full S.W.A.T. suit, a S.P.A.S. semi-automatic shotgun (w/ ammunition), a MP5 sub-machine gun (w/ ammunition), and plenty of smoke grenades. Speaking of his van, it's homemade, and armored. He also has a more heavy-duty S.W.A.T. vehicle for special situations, which he technically stole. Nobody tries to put him away for it, however.
David was a standard poster boy. Went to school, got a education, became a cop, and rose to the top. During his highlight years, he was a S.W.A.T. officer, putting down hostages situations, and sending stomping out want-to-be terrorists. Like all good things, it didn't last. He managed to piss off a high-profile gang, led of course, by a so-called "super criminal". They attacked him first, leaving him in an alley with a concussion. Then they attacked his family life, killing his wife and wiping any record of his birth certificate out as a joke. Then they finally attacked his job, organizing for him to take the fall for his wife's murder, bribing their way to get him placed in prison. During his time in prison, he got angry, and he used that as a means to an end. He put it all into training himself. He was released early, due to his friends in the police force proving his innocence. He still, however, spent five years in the prison. He told them they should of been tracking down the guy's who put him there in the first place. He was made a detective, due to being seen as "too old" to be a continuing S.W.A.T. member.
He managed to put away the crime lord that killed his wife. His wounds haven't healed, but he has more purpose now. He, through some organization with the government, is now considered a "free-roam" officer unofficially. He travels from city to city in the United States, and works with local police forces against especially severe crime problems (super criminals, crime lords, both, blah blah blah). On occasion he leaves the U.S. to fight criminal activity, though he loses any authority. He rarely turns to vigilantism, but he knows when it's needed.
