Selena snickered to herself as she found the Ant's reply charming, turning to the machine she gently grabbed the blood pack which held replicated blood with her left hand "Thank you" she said in a appreciative tone of voice to the machine and than turned her head back to the Ant while still holding the blood pack close to her chest "you know I'm sorta like the classic vampire, not the mode-"she stopped part way into the sentence as she extended her fangs and gently passed them across the top of the blood pack swiftly slicing the top edge off with no effort.
Selena stopped the thin piece of plastic from falling into the ground with her right hand and continued her previous words "rn vampire" contracting her fangs back to their original positions she inspected the blood pack watching the blood swish back and forth as a result of her gentle left hand movements, "my da-"no I shouldn't mention him Selena thought before she changed the subject "never mind that"after she was done inspecting it which would seemed all she did was stare at it for a while she looked for a spot in the air in front of her and released the blood pack from her grip slowly.
Instead of the blood pack falling as most people would expect it remained suspended in the air held in place by a magical energy Selena herself placed in the air "I can use magic, or what ever tech people call it I just prefer using the term space magic" she chuckled softly to herself before continuing "it's quite easy for me due to my blood line, like you my family has a tradition while you are an Ant I'm a Blade" she pulled the bottom of the plastic blood pack and crumpled the plastic into a ball and flattened it with both her palms all the while the blood still remained suspended in the air retaining the same shape of the blood pack "now watch" Selena enthusiastically said as both her palms with the aid of her vampire strength had flatten the large piece of plastic into a contracted state to the point it seemed as if it disappeared "Tad dah!" she said her voice breaking up slightly. Selena moved her hands that were together away horizontally and as they moved apart a crystal glass cup began to expand in the gap of space made "I turned the piece of plastic into a cup"Selena explained as she lifted the bottom of the crystal cup and tilted it up towards the floating blood that began to pour slowly inside it.

CHAPTER 3 COLONIZATION OF MARS RPG
Without delay the ring smashed upwards causing an almighty sonic boom to leave in its wake scattering dust and cracking the very ground it had previously been hovering over, transcending into warp-speed leaving phantom apparitions in it's wake the ring was instantaneous reaching and leaving the earths atmosphere leaving a green streak of light having a velocity going perpetually straight at 299 792 458 m / s at the speed of light the ring was going to pass straight between all of the vessels (not touching any) with deadly accuracy due to Pyro's clairvoyance ability hoping to land on mars and manifest himself physically.
If any ships did get in the way however the force imparted into any ship would be the equivalent of 50 Megatons of TNT aka 2800 times more powerful than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima in World war two (Real science accounting for Speed x Force), A ridiculous amount of cataclysmic damage being imparted into ship possibly causing for instant destruction. The shock-waves being dispelled outwards during its flight between the ships would possibly cause monstrous malfunctions and stunt the speed they were moving due to the shock-waves being smashed outwards.
Regardless of the outcome, Pyro would be ejected out of his ring and subsequently shoot onto mars were he would need to rejuvenate before continuing the defense. Pyro was unaware who or what was on that ship, civilians or otherwise it was breaking major laws revolving around space travel and would be shown no leniency as legislated and declared by the "United Nations General Assembly" going against the Outer Space Treaty sighed by virtually all members of the United Nations and sanctioned upon all countries on earth.
In the displayed holographic projection the one hundred strong fleet of ships were passing by the Moon when suddenly an explosion materialized instantaneously destroying the lead ship causing the force and derbies of the blast to expand outwards hitting several other colonists ships which barely sustained the damage of the first explosion this caused in total over twenty ships in total to bump into each other while the others further behind slowed down avoiding collision.
Lawson gasped surprised at this event and spoke through a com in her ear "Lead ship reply" there was only static, Lawson gave a worried face "good god what happened?" she whispered to herself as the media reporters from all across the world began asking questions and taking pictures.
Lawson turned to one of the CEO's "Find out what happened this can not be a coincidence" turning to the Media she attempted to calm them down
Ship Ninety-Four
Loud beeping sounds were heard inside ship 94, it was of the ships in the lead when the attack happened A.I were already warning about an incoming object moments before the lead ships were struck the lead ship was completely destroyed the first ship exploded with such force as it carried a vast amount of explosive materials fortunately the advanced magnetic fields of the Cerberus ships followed by their deflection design only caused moderate damage to the five ships behind ship one hundred and light damage to and from numbers eighty and ninety four.
"Get me Lawson NOW!" the ship commander of ninety four said angered
"You're on live commander" Lawson replied through a holographic projector at the same time the reporters became silent and listened intently
"We were attacked!"the commander replied as the ships began to recuperate slowly and return to their formal positions "ships ninety five to ninety nine are damage but can still make it to mars for repairs"
Lawson had an A.I begin to replay the tape at slower and slower paces as they attempted to figure out what happened "continue on commander we will alert you in our findings in this incident when we get the chance but for now let security ship eighty five lead"
the commander replied with a nod as his holographic form dissipated
Ship Eighty-Five
Jen in Divinity armor sighed "I knew some a****** would attack us, I felt him pass by" a Cerberus Assault Trooper looked up to her "the commander of this ship is letting us lead point, we'll be landing on mars with in a few minutes" Jen rolled her eyes beneath Divinities armored helm "When there's one there's more, go get alert our allies that we've come across hostile forces"the Cerberus Assault Trooper nodded and left Jen alone in the docking bay which is where with in a few minutes from then the Cerberus military force will lead the counter attack and defense of the ships to their death.
CHAPTER 4 MARS COLONIZATION RPG
The first Jen came into contact smashing into Pyro with such force despite his shielding and was knocked back, the first Jen that struck Pyro stood up out of the crater moments after landing and began dusting herself, the second did the same but remained still as a statue once she finished
Speed Equalization began to take place as she and her allies began to gain the speed of the fastest person in the battle whether it be Starheart or her ally engaging it. Jen was making her way to finish Pyro off when the God Of Wrath appeared

with that being thought she spoke "So I see you punks can't fight fair HUH!?" she raised her hands as her assault rifle materialized and stood her ground while the other Jen was out of sight.
CHAPTER 5 MARS COLONIZATION RPG
The Celestial Combatant Iliad looked towards of his opponent as his eyes glowed red then swiftly switched to a divine blue sending lighting out of them as the sky lit up with a godly show of electricity bombarding the ground with only superficial damage not threatening the enemy at all. Eyes portraying nothing but anger he looked towards of his opponent as he raised his hood as he stepped up towards of the target with predatory desire eager to end a life.
"You dare stand against a God?" His fists clenched as lighting shot downwards from his knuckles cascading contentiously as he spoke scolding the ground beneath him "You have just conceived the biggest blunder of your existence" Stepping up once more he would say one final sentence the entire battle "You have angered the Gods" Without warning he shot off at incomprehensible speeds utilizing his divine powers, arm outstretched attempting to forcefully collide with his opponent boasting a stopping power powerful enough to simply shatter the tallest mountain on earth with simple strength, the force amplified by his speeds strong enough to further cause a mountain wide explosion, all of his power aiming to devastate his attacker with a berserk punch towards the chest, then another and another without stopping until his opponent had either gotten out of the way or was vaporized into nothing, the mere shock-waves of each and every blow would be potent enough to collapse virtually any structure standing and as such the surroundings would be obliterated due to his unmitigated attack of pure fury. The Divine Death Dealer was playing no jokes in this battle, he was a God and would fight like a God.
Oooo scary! Jen thought sarcastically rolling her eyes beneath Divinities armored helm at the theatrics, her opponent began approaching as a result Jen raised both her hands one held the assault rifle up right and the other had an open palm
"You dare stand against a God?"
Jen said nothing and continued to roll her eyes, I don't got all day you ignorant bastard Jen thought
"You have just conceived the biggest blunder of your existence" Jen teased by shaking Divinities armored knees and waving her hands left and right faking a yield.

The sound was heard, her opponents barrage of powerful attacks were not necessary since one was sufficient the force of kinetic energy capable of destroying a mountain had hit and launched Divinity thousands of feet into the air while at the same time demolishing the surrounding area of the god of wrath, "thanks for the lift idiot" Jen muttered as her ascension up high began to slow and turned to descent "My turn" she said as she fell
"Two" Jen said and a duplicate formed beside her, "Four" she and the duplicate than multiplied twice "Eight" now there were in total sixteen falling and she spoke one last final time "Sixteen" the final number was twenty four, that one blow had launched Jen high into the air and also caused her to feel it but it did not cause her to feel pain well not yet that is as her opponent surely had more in store.
the replicates were not cheap knocks off of the host they were just as powerful as Jen herself, together while free falling the army of Jen's spread out forming a circle around their opponent and landed
synchronized surrounding the divine being, lead Jen spoke out while making a casual gesture with her hand to the others Jens "Take em out girls" similar assault rifles manifested in front of the Jen's each individually with the power of a hundred tons of TNT put together, they all fired in unison creating an almost relentless barrage of energy projectiles that moved at the speed of light all the while slowly advancing forward.
All Jens had War Vision active giving the aim bot like accuracy and combined with the speed of the fastest being during this campaign allowed them to fire at ludicrous speeds causing the kill circle look like a miniature sun glowing.
CHAPTER 6 MARS COLONIAZ (ah fak it) MARS RPG THREAD
"F***"lead Jen said as she saw the divine being regenerate and even get more powerful than he was earlier there's no way he could survive that unless can't think right now too many variables Jen de-materialized her assault rifle and began to absorb back each Jen that was punted away with ease by the Wrath God by raising her open palms.
The absorption process turned the Jen's back into energy and returned to the original instantaneously "I don't like...HUGS!" Jen said as she saw her opponent running at fast speeds towards her in a bear hug fashion attempt, but before he could succeed she replied with a counter attack.
A powerful uppercut was sent from her closed left fist and than a throat punch with her right, her equalized speed capabilities made her as fast if not even faster than this god and boy was he sure in for a surprise!
Each blow became more powerful than the others practically doubling with each hit, the first uppercut was towards the gods chin which carried enough explosive energy to equal a hundred metric tons of force moving at mach three hundred speed while the second blow moved at the same pace it had the force of two hundred metric tons.
There were not just two hits she replied with several more not slowing down or hesitating in the slightest thanks to her vast combat experience being already built in her muscle memory, she went for a jumping knee strike towards her opponents chest and with amazing speed followed by coordination rolled to his left side turning around to raise her first up high furthermore sending a haymaker fist moving at mach six hundred speed with the force of the punch being eight hundred metric tons.

Commander William now back in charge was returning to the command deck with several civilian survivors when the ships A.I system spoke

"When our remaining ships were retreating those who stayed behind fired at a class Heisenberg ship it had spectacular results in our favor single handily wiping out fifty percent of the fleet"
William grinned "I love these dam A.I's, Lexi go tell all the other high ranking survivors to aim and let out everything they got at one of those Heisenberg ships"
"But sir, chances of hitting one will at best fifty percent chances" LEXI replied back
"just do it now!" William shouted causing the A.I to nod "message sent"
soon all ten ship cannons began to point out towards into space looking for any type of Heisenberg after all there couldn't have been one or was there?

Jen got out of her divinity form while simultaneously creating a bio sphere around her releasing Oxygen so she could breathe, it was cold or hot she couldn't tell as the Colony were planning on terraforming the territory when they landed but failed to do so

"SHADOW MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" she screamed again pointing at the giant ship rail gun that was being re-positioned.

"FALL BACK, FALL BACK!" the leader of charlie team shouted as Peace Keeper reinforcements arrived, Cerberus had already lost forty men and as a result began to retreat fortunately for them there was an natural made trench not to far and he and his men jumped inside but the cost of the retreat caused them an additional forty four men, Charlie Team was running out of bodies fast
"GRENADES, GRENADES ALL YOU GOT!" the leader shouted as his one hundred and twenty four men all in synchronization tossed a volley of grenades at the Peace Keepers.
"You can't offer me anything I want or need and I take what I want when I want, now get out of here you're out of your league"
The Rainmaker is the alias of this Super Villain his real name is unknown, his background is also very vague before his recruitment by Cerberus although what is known is that in his universe he worked his way up from the slums to becoming the president of America in ten years, eventually he came into contact with the organization Cerberus and was offered a position, the Rainmaker accepted with almost no delay but only on his conditions which Cerberus negotiators found no problem with.
The Rainmaker serves Cerberus to do their dirty work and in return they provide him with practically anything he needs (with in reason) with their nigh limitless resources.The Rainmaker is a being of incredible intellect but uses it for his own selfish reasons, not the only does the Rainmaker practically has super human intelligence he also has Omega-Class Telepathy which he himself stated allowed him to work up the food chain in his universe where Meta's were extremely rare.
The Rainmakers primary exports are regular narcotics and "super-drugs" capable of giving people for a certain duration actual super powers at the expense of a slight decrease in brain cells and a very high addiction rate that only manifests days after not taking another dosage however according to the Rainmaker he has found a complete solution to the side effects but keeps the secret closely guarded and only reveals it to people he can trust out of his entire life he's only revealed the solution to five people. Besides mass exporting narcotics using slave labor as a work force he also imports large amounts of "Grade A-Quality" firearms with his vast wealth from Cerberus and his narcotics division he has large amounts of resources left and uses them to buy fire arms at a very,very,very cheap price and than sell fire arms at a higher price to other beings.
Cobra (Sister Side)

Cobra is a legend and Icon to Cerberus and even the Third Generation Blades, Cobra is a highly skilled and dangerous individual that has sworn complete loyalty to the Sister Of Blades, despite swearing a Blood Oath to the Sister Of Blades she allows him to assist the Sparrow of Blades,Rainmaker and Cerberus forces as long as it does not interfere with her business.
Cobra is over ten eons old having served several other empires before coming to Cerberus and eventually the Blades where he stayed and spent most of his time working for.
[The Beginning of a rebirth]
His origin begins like most recruits of Cerberus in an alternate reality, he was the best Navy Seal Soldier in the U.S at the time with his nick name being Cobra he served over thirty years in active military duty and did over seventy missions acquiring a confirmed kill count of six hundred men, but good things don't last forever. On his way to his seventy first mission his chopper was shot down during a Spec Op raid in North Korea he ended up being one of the five only survivors however he remained heavily wounded during the crash while the other four remained unscathed with the exceptions of a few bruises.
They remained for days in hiding before the news broke out world wide of the event, NK declared against the U.S as China agreed to back them up and together assaulted South Korea, evac eventually got to them but by the time they could get adequate medical equipment to treat Cobra he died. "Legends don't die, they are just reborn" Cobra's famous quote which he said to his comrades before dying.
Indeed what he said was true, experimental cryogenic technology kept his body preserved during the events of World War III that lasted a hundred years, approximately a thousand years after World War III Cobra awakened his body was different the wounds from the crash had given him long lacerations across the body,lost of eye sight and several fractured bones.
But now it was all different the vision of his right eye returned and was actually better than his left eye vision the lacerations he had were now scars ruining his once scar less body and his bones were no longer fractured, he stood up in a puddle of water confused in a completely white room which was very well lit and bright. This is where the future rulers of the new world came to him in holographic projection from his eye, Cobra became startled immediately began asking questions which the group of mysterious leaders answered.
Cobra had been resurrected through a combination or hybrid of paranormal energy and meta human mutation, he was the only one of the millions of test subjects to become the first prototype un-dead soldier, questions such as what happened to his eye were simple it was too heavily damaged so they replaced it with an best advanced eye bot from the 32nd century.
His brain also was also attached with the most advanced chip and data processor of his era giving him legit limitless data storage and eidetic memory, he gained full mastery of his body capable of preforming feats he could never do when he was a Navy Seal the mutation and paranormal energy also increased his physical physique/stats to superhuman levels allowing him to react and avoid massively hyper sonic projectiles with flawless efficiency his intelligence and understanding capabilities were increased significantly comparable to get a seventy point IQ boost, his strength was stronger than a hundred Olympic Athletes combined which also made his striking strength strong enough to punch through advanced tank armor from the future with ease.
Cobra was admitted into the WRM (A.K.A,Worlds,Rulers,Military) and given a quick briefing by downloading data into his chip Cobra learned the entire history of what happened 1,100 years ago with in eleven seconds, the chip as mentioned earlier gave complete control of Cobra's body which made him almost over night their best man on the force due to his abilities to stay up longer eat/drink less he was almost machine like.

Cobra spent an entire century working for the WRM six out of seven days a week including holiday he was being kept alive all that time via their nanite technology which kept people from aging and restored significant bodily damage, his job ranged from wiping out rebel strong holds single handedly or preforming top notch assassinations against potential threats.
for some unknown reason he went AWOL and fought along side the rebels he used to devestate, Cobra was such an effective tool against the WRM due to his knowledge and unique usage of a gun slash martial arts combat called Gun Kata

Cerberus classifies the capabilities of the Blade family into three categories the first being Blade Attributes which are inherent gifts bestowed upon birth and become permanent with no beings with the exception of a true omnipotent are capable of taking them away. Those of the third generation have similar abilities but each one has unique gifts the other does not have.
A very common attribute among the Blade bloodline is with each victory gained through physical exertion whether it be warfare or even sportsmanship a Blade family member will find a moderate increase in power energy output wise and physically, the more victories he or she gets more permanent power boosts are stacked up which last indefinitely even if they lose another battle their power will not decrease nor increase it will simply stay the same, with Kurai's victories via training and duels she became incredibly more powerful as each century pass making her a massive threat for even multiple high ranking Heroes or Villains.
This special attribute is also passed down commonly, speaking in general this attribute is what makes the Blades so dangerous and deadly, they are naturally born that way somewhat like born heroes except these are super born killers. Blades have been killing beings now for countless billions of years whether it be a simple army of regular men or Universal beings and Abstracts you name it they've probably killed it with the exceptions of Nigh or Omnipotent beings. Instinctively a Blade can determine the best way to kill a thing Sparrow has said "All of what the Blades think of is death, even with all our power we can only simply restrain ourselves from becoming mindless genocidal killing monsters, we can't however no matter what we do will we be able to stop be thinking of ways consciously or subconsciously to kill a being, a small price to pay for incredible power" . If a being or creature is kill-able a Blade will eventually find a way to kill it even if they (applicable to third generation only) are incapable due to their limitations they will still know how to kill it and share the knowledge to beings who can
Only second and third generation blades have this ability, should a being have managed to draw blood from a Blade this blood with consent only from the host can become a voracious and hostile liquid capable of sentient thought and will attack and lay waste powerful diseases making the Black Plague look like child's play, the disease can be transmitted instantly through contact and even those with high tier healing factors can be killed in minutes lest the host orders the Morbid Blood to stand down
Another common ability with in the Blades Family, every member is capable of high tier Blood Manipulation useful in killing scores of enemies, the only limitation on this ability is that the more physically durable the enemy the more they can resist making this ability useful only on low-mid tier opponents.
[Beta Telepathy]
This is a classification of Telepathy used by Cerberus, Beta Telepathy is a classification for the top three most powerful telepaths a Beta Telepathy is so powerful that no quality or quantity of Omega Level Mutant Telepath's can match or resist, Kurai is part of this classification however she only specialists the use in support and defensive roles she is incompetent in mental offensive capabilities.
Another disadvantage the Blades inherit is a Feral Mind, if blood frenzied or heavily and emotional impacted a Blade can go through a stage of Feral Mind where no morals or honor is held they can be completely insane and almost unstoppable mass killers
The second most dangerous ability of a blade but also the most essential one, Sparrow did not gain the title "Divine being of Violence and Intelligence" for nothing all heirs of the Mother Of Blades have this ability but it's eve more concentrated to those of Sparrow's blood line (His sister and kin don't have the level of intelligence his side of the family does) a Blade can understand complex equations or solve puzzles so difficult that the smartest humans could never solve it, with in seconds at best and minutes at worst a Blade has a natural tendency and curiosity to learn new things and solve new things. By no means is a Blade Omniscient they just simply have greater ease in learning and adapting the knowledge they have acquired through to to fit their scenario, thus the older and more a Blade learns the more Intelligent they become.
This is a specific unique ability Kurai has, essentially she becomes nigh invulnerable to any beings beneath a High Skyfathers range of power for a certain period of time while at the same time getting a powerful amp to her physical attributes thousands upon thousands of times greater than her at her best.
Temporary Attributes
These are attributes that a Blade family member was bestowed by via a magical object and only lasts as long as he or she has it with in a certain proximity, for Kurai she gains several new attributes only aqquriable via her enchanted sword called "Deus ultricies" but for short she calls it Deus

Deus is a legendary and powerful divine weapon Sparrow acquired after killing its previous owner with it. A long time ago when Sparrow was only a few Millennium's old and after conquering several lesser realms using his divine power he came across what he deemed a worthy opponent, he was a High Skyfather who was beginning to transcend into a Cube Being like status and went by the name of "Kamigami no ".
Sparrow described this High Skyfather taking the shape of a golden glowing Japanese man in a Kimono wielding a charged up Deus which appeared as black smoke in the shape of a Katana, this is when Sparrow realized that the lesser realms Sparrow had been conquering were creations of Kamigami who had been watching Sparrow's progression and wanted to assimilate his power to his own after a short and aggressive conversation they fought for an entire week destroying entire galaxies and most life in the universe when the battle finally came to a conclusion Sparrow was the victor killing Kamigami with his own sword and assimilating the remains of the once power Skyfathers energy.
and thus is the history of Kurai's sword "Deus" it was passed down from her father to her and has three specified levels one,two,three one is for city level threats two is for planetary threats and the final is for slaying High Skyfathers. Other than Deus Kurai carries an array of magically enchanted weapons such as enchanted Yumi,Katana,Hira Shaken and practically every weapon used by the Ninja.
At the age of sixteen Kurai was turned into a vampire by a female vampire lord, but due to being a blade she did not become a full vampire instead she became a Day-Walker a human-vampire mix having all their strengths and only one of their weakness which is the dependency of blood, Kurai is capable of doing all modern vampire feats as such she can't turn into a bat or use vampire magic however she still has all their physical strengths and healing factor.
There are a total of three divisions in the Cerberus faction, there's the primary Cerberus which consists mainly of heavily armed and tech'd out humans, the second is what you know as the Hero Brigade Paragon consisting of thousands of "Good" heroes , the final division is the ''Dark Side'' of Cerberus which in reality there are little almost none Cerberus forces that work in this division instead it is run by a family known as the Blades.
The Blades are an immortal race of powerful sapient beings that created Cerberus and have been running it since day one, the family has existed for so long yet only three generations in total exist out of the blood line with a recent feud that has been going on for thousands of years

The middle child of the Blades family is Sparrow the name gave to him by his mother for being the middle child of the family, Sparrow has stated that he's existed longer than an eon worth of eons, he's trained in every art of combat becoming what some would say a perfect warrior mastering unarmed combat,close quarters combat,ranged combat,strategic combat, and every known and most unknown weapons to mankind.
His hereditary traits are of Cosmic and Magical origin, Twilight (A,K,A mother of blades) bestowed him his personal title which only three people in the Universe know the title is "Divine being of Violence and Intelligence"
Physical Description
Sparrow was born as you see him except he was much more child sized, the armor,the mask,and the cloak have all been apart of him since day one these objects which appear to be a costume of some sorts is actually his body , the mask represents his face the metallic armor that covers him toe to neck is his flesh and skin the velvet cloth like material would be considered to be his hair.
The attire which you see is not a costume but his body on a technicality basis is nude, his black flesh or skin has a demonic design to it

Kurai Blade
Kurai Blade is member of the third generation Blade family and daughter of Sparrow.
Kurai is a sixteen year old girl. Kurai however is no ordinary teenage female as she was bitten by a female vampire Lord at the age of sixteen however due to her unique hereditary traits line she became a Day-Walker with none of the normal vampire weaknesses except the thirst meanwhile having all the strengths of several high vampire lords combined.
Physical Description
Kurai is 1.6 million years old but still retains the physique and personality of a sixteen year old female, Kurai is exactly six feet in height (gaining a permanent height increasement moments before Porphyric Hemophilia fully set in), she also weighs approximately one hundred and twenty pounds. Kurai is Caucasian having a tiny black mole located a few centimeters down right of her right eye, her hair color is black while the hairstyle is short with two strands falling over her ears, Kurai's eyes are brown but have red eyeliner around them resembling the shapes of fire she also seems to have pinkish lips and three black earrings on different spots of her right ear.

Kurai as a little girl always had a fascination with the Mythological Ninja's and made it her goal to be one, with the aid of her father and most of her life time spent in training she became one, spending hundreds of thousands of years in training and several thousand other years on adventures through parallel realities honing her skills of Ninjutsu and other arts of combat.
Personality wise Kurai is very dark,gloomy some what sadistic on occasions due to hating humans the majority of her life however she only applies to those outside of the Blades Family or who are not associates of the Family, she considers her self a bad girl who likes to have fun and having an obsession with arson.

Selena Blade
"Who are you?"
Selena Blade is Sparrow's youngest kin being only 116 years old Sparrow considers her to be practically an infant while in reality her mind set is that of a six teen year old just like her sister Kurai however she wasn't born from the same mother as her sister was so technically they're half sisters. Selena Blade is almost the exact parallel opposite of Kurai Blade, while Kurai is spiteful,obnoxious,offensive,rude and just plain nasty Selena is considerate,kind,compassionate and polite. Despite their differences the half sisters have always gotten along.
Physical Description
Selena Blade is 5'7 and weighs 120 lbs, Selena has pale skin, beautiful blue eyes, and short jet black hair with bangs. She commonly wears a black turtleneck dress with long black fingerless lace gloves, black and red striped tights, and red converse. She also wears black lipstick matched with black varnished nails and dark eyeshadow. The outfit of which she commonly wears has been called on her behalf to be her "default attire" however she does wear different clothing on occasions.
But as most blades it is a family tradition to be an adept fighter and she has been known to change her attire before or during combat.
Sparrow's first wife was murdered by his sister shortly after Kurai's birth, and just when Sparrow wanted to start a family again his second wife was cursed and than murdered by Sparrow's sister shortly after the birth of Selena.
The Sparrow of Blades and Sister of Blades are at war
The HBP is a separate branch from the main Cerberus Military force and is their version of a police force or super army, scores of super hero teenagers are trained as enforcers of the organization for many decades (Time Manipulation Exploit) until adult hood in which they are put in stasis for reserves as a new group of young heroes replace their predecessors .
Summary
All across the multi-verse there are heroes, Cerberus is an ever constant adapter always strengthening their defenses and reducing their weaknesses as much as possible.
Thus the reason of the HBP was formed, despite all their advancements there were some things tech could do alone so Cerberus expanded its research into the paranormal/super natural which gave them an excellent usage of technology and the mystic arts combined, Cerberus saw the potential use of this potent combination and decided to invest its time and resources into creating super human beings to combat the ever growing difficulty in expanding across the multi-verse.
Cerberus found out that their super humans with super natural and technological abilities extremely effective but at the same time took longer to produce and could not keep up with the pace of expansion, and there fore the recruitment of heroes across the galaxy began which eventually formed the HBP

Veronica Vance was her name when Cerberus troopers recruited her, in her reality she was a hero since the age of twelve using an amulet known as "The White Tiger" this object unbeknownst to Veronica but well known to Cerberus was capable of Universal power creating galaxies with a whim or destroying an entire universe, fortunately Veronica has never shown evil intent or greater capabilities than City level and would take her an incredibly long time to fully master its abilities
Classification Of Heroes
HBP members are classified in three levels,A,B, and C
A. Class members are at minimum Planetary threats and could be above Planetary.
B. Class members are at minimum national or global level in threat potential.
C. Class members at maximum are city level threats and below.
The HBP branch use the classification to deploy the heroes for the correct scenario, fortunately for them also that each branch has an equal amount of heroes that is steadily increasing so even at a whim (only when necessary) a dozen class A. superheroes can be deployed in minutes.

Akaria Hana is a Japanese American Doctor from an alternate reality with a Master's Degree in medicine, she acquired her powers through a experimental procedure that involved the usage of positive and light energy to become the ultimate healing technique Hana at the time volunteered to be the test subject, through mischievous interference of an alien race known as the Skrulls they purposely sabotaged and vastly powered up the equipment of the experiment hoping that Hana would explode in bright energy and destroy the California state however it did not end in the way they expected instead of exploding in a blast of powerful energy she absorbed and controlled the power becoming what some would say an Avatar Of Light.
Unfortunately for Hana the Skrulls blunder resulted in their (Skrulls) cover being blown and captured which as a result provoked an invasion, in this reality Hana was the only Super Hero to have ever existed in humanity her powers were the following
Hana's primary power is that of Light Manipulation, Hana believed despite it practically ruining her credibility and career as a doctor that Positive Energy and Light could be the ultimate form of repair and healing across the planet, the procedure had simple equipment but was only made successful by the blundering interference of a group Skrull Agents attempting to slow down human progress
"I KNEW IT!"-Hana
The experiment was powered by a super advanced Skrull like reactor instead of the originally planned human reactor it was supposed to be a simple procedure sending in energy into Hana who had a wound in her arm but instead of going as planned the Skrull reactor (secretly replaced the human reactor) blasted her with an array of energies but the majority/most potent one was a concentrated blast of light particles
through some X-Factor which is hinted to be a sub attachment from he Skrull reactor Hana did not get incinerated and instead began to absorb the energy at a extraordinary rate, but instead of over loading and blowing up as planned she gained control of the light energy and destroyed the machine gaining the power of light manipulation.
During the Skrull invasion Hana had recently learned after destroying the machine on how to use her powers, with the power of light manipulation she was capable of creating herself an incredibly powerful shield it protected her and even allowed her to defeat the Champion of the Skrulls who when landed was revealed to be the Super-Skrull.
"OBEY ME WOMAN!"
In this reality The Fantastic 4 never existed and thus the Super Skrull in this reality was physically superior as he was a perfected Super Skrull Soldier the only one to have been successfully created after countless failures and trials.
When the battle began Hana at the time giving herself the Hero Name "Lumena" in the end she defeated the Super Skrull winning a battle but also loosing the war for earth all of humanity was practically destroyed leaving her on her knees fighting with the last batch of human resistance against overwhelming odds did Cerberus find them and come to their aid, Cerberus did in days what humanity failed to do in years which was completely repel the Skrull races off the solar system and wipe them down to the last Skrull essentially making them extinct.

Light Healing (Capable of restoring limbs on self or others and healing mortally wounded instantly including herself)

Base Shield (With stood all the attacks of a vastly stronger yet parallel version of the Super Skrull with ease it's also constantly active and instantly turns on against threats)

Affinity (Lumena is most powerful in areas with light and not only is she more powerful in brightness but her powers and strengths rapidly increase to a virtual limitless amount as long as she continues to stay in that area)
Medical Knowledge (Even with out her powers she is still a very well trained and experienced doctor)
Combat experience (Doctor Akaria continued to fight the Skrulls for five long years and during that time managed to master her powers and abilities at a very rapid pace and learned several skills to survive in the new apocalyptic world, after Cerberus came and won the world for them she joined the organization as she had nothing left in that universe and received even more advanced training and combat experience)
Astroa is a powerful cosmic being that used to be a regular alien, in an accident that was certainly unplanned and just as certainly unrepeatable, a young female alien was completely disintegrated, at least in a physical sense.
Despite the absence of a body, a form of electromagnetic pattern resembling consciousness survived, and was able, in time, to rebuild an approximation of the body it had lost.
She accidentally became trapped in an alien version of a intrinsic field separator as she attempted to retrieve a valuable fossil of a long lost ancient species however all she could do was watch the countdown until her atoms were smashed, but eventually, and methodically, she reconstructed himself.
"I am not a god, I am a sister of the universe"
Not much is known of Astroa before the incident what is know however what is known is that this incident resulted in the destruction of her entire planet wiping out her entire race, Astroa as the only surviving member of the race reconstituted herself out of the dust and particles that remained from the debris of the use to be planet
Astroa takes on the form of a female of her race called Coronal Satyrs they were an incredibly advanced aquatic based species yet peaceful and passive at the same time, using inter stellar space travel they would send resources and provide aid to those in need but at the same time remain strictly neutral when it came to conflict/war as the Satyrs were a peaceful race only using their technology for the benefit of sentient species across the Universe.
Despite being a peaceful race they were also Isolates never colonizing other planets and instead staying in their 100% water covered planet, only times when they left the planet were either to defend themselves from a space fleet attack or sends resources to those in need, Astroa was a high ranking Science Officer and thus had great responsibilities and was in charge of high level projects however one error in power usage made by a younger Coronal Satyr science officer resulted in the most power Satyr made device ever made killing Astroa and than destroying the planet as it overloaded.
after her supposed "death" Astroa entered in what the Satyrs called the Void which was a location that all Corona's and Corona's entered only after death into their version of the after life, in this void the consciousnesses or soul will be all that was able left before permanently dissipating away and becoming part of the universe.
However for some unknown reason in the Void Astroa managed to form herself a physical body that was invulnerable to the effects of the Void, this is when and where she saw billions upon billions of Satyr fade out of existence before becoming re-absorbed into the universe, but just before the Satyr race was completely gone she learned why she was the only one immune.
Astroa was simply too powerful to be re-absorbed despite being in a dimension specifically made for absorbing, the spirits and souls of the greatest minds of the Satyr race attempted to answer as much questions Astroa had as possible, explaining to her that she had the power to be immune to the Void which also meant she was the only one powerful enough to escape it, the leader of the Satyr race gave Astroa one last command and it was to spread the legacy and deeds of the Coronal race and then only then did they finally dissipate leaving the Void barren and empty.
Using her new found powers Astroa broke free of the now purposeless Void, unbeknownst to her five hundred years had passed by during the short duration in the void in reality however there was an aging effect which made spirits of Satyrs dissipate and be reabsorbed into the universe time was faster and yet at the same time slower in the void
Regular time in the void was slower than time out the void but when being absorbed time passed significantly faster in the void than out, Astroa ripping the fabric of time and space in the Void broke free of the dimension and back to her own reality where she found the remains of her once great civilization over half of the planets mass was left with the other half seemingly lost through time.
Astroa's resurrection and return to reality angered the Asgardian Gods of the universe as they believed it was the destiny of the Satyr race to be extinct, as Astroa attempted to rebuild her planet with her new found power one of Asgards best warriors trained for an entire year in preparation of the battle.
Astroa gave herself a new name "Monsoona" as she finished the repair of her broken planet it was half its original size but had all the original features with the exception of Satyr life, unfortunately just as she finished it was destroyed again but this time by the mighty Asgardian God sent to destroy her.
The Asgardian God flew through the back of the planet and busted it directly with casual ease as if it was a glass planet and thus as a result he ended up completely destroying the planet atomizing it in the process. Monsoona's body that year was strong enough to survive the explosion that was only a few hundred miles away from her it knocked the Satyr about and dazed her but she remained relatively unharmed.
The Asgardian God approached Monsoona revealing himself by the name "Beta" informing with hatred in his eyes that he will not let her live as in his eyes she was destroying the very balance of the universe by being alive. Monsoona however was oblivious to the words Beta said as her mind overflowed with emotions of hate and anger her home planet nothing was left not even dust.
Beta took advantage of Monsoona's shock and gave several powerful blows like the gods of legends each capable of destroying planets eventually she regained her wits almost not harmed at all by the Gods punches and she countered with one but powerful punch that knocked Beta into another Solar System she soon followed after him to keep up the attack
During and mid battle Beta was winning due to his previous preparation and already massive amount of combat experience, three planets were destroyed two of which were Beta's fault as he consistently smashed the Satyr attempting in great blood thirst to kill the alien but he severely underestimated her resilience.
the battle of legends lasted an hour the two powerful beings each trying their best to kill the other and the victor was apparent, Monsoona had won her opponents crippled body floated in space this is when in an act of rage the Satry tortured the divine being for ten whole years straight only keeping him barely alive to feel the sensation of pain coming from her punches until finally one day she finished the god off.
Monsoona now grew a hatred against beings who considered themselves god and vowed on that day a never ending grudge against them. After that day was over Monsoona did not continue to rebuild her planet as she was exhausted from her battle and did not want to replicate a copy she wanted to repair the original one but failed and alas she went off into space continuing what her people did helping those in need, eventually she came across a Cerberus fleet.
Phasing in she questioned their purpose and business as it was her duty to protect the innocent and needy, upon hearing the goal of Cerberus and learning of their methods she personally asked to join in which the reply was immediately accepted with enthusiasm, Astroa revealed her capabilities after joining. [Matter Manipulation],[Antimatter Manipulation],[Nothingness Manipulation],[Cosmic Manipulation]

Rayne is a slutty twenty seven year old meta human female, her origin begins in the slums of New York in the 1980's born around that area of time her mother was a prostitute crystal meth drug addict while her father was a rapist who raped her mother, shortly after giving birth to Rayne her mother dumped her into the nearest trash bin.
Fortunately for Rayne the garbage was getting picked up that day and the man who was picking up the trash bin heard her infant cries, removing the lid he found a young child which was immediately taken to the hospital for care, no further mention of Rayne's parents were ever heard of after that day and so did Rayne begin her life as an orphan being adopted until she was at the age of ten by an odd couple.
The couple went by the name Birkins which eventually became Rayne's last name, however the Birkins carried a concealed secret which was that the Birkins were cannibals the eaters of flesh. Upon finding out this secret mere days after getting adopted her only true child hood friend Sherry was adopted too and together they planned their escape.
Once escaping her foster parents with Sherry they took out into the streets to take care of themselves, for four years Rayne contributed the most for Sherry and herself and at the age of fourteen her powers began to manifest not realizing her biological father passed down a mutant gene to her but the other twist also was that two years after Rayne's birth her mother gave birth to her biological sister who unknwon between them was Sherry herself.
The two sisters being more close friends than actual sisters worked together using their new found abilities, Sherry had only one power and that was of incredible super human speed while her sister had Power Absorption and Memory Replication granted through touch.
Rayne used her new found abilities in a shameful way resulting in prostitution at the age of fourteen which through physical contact unknown to her employers she would gain all their knowledge,memories,skills and even powers if they had. Through prostitution Rayne would tap into the memories she gathered through and searched to take advantage of this stealing money and valuables.
Her life continued as usual prostitution,memory,theft rinse and repeat until she reached the age of twenty and her sister reached the age of eighteen. In this reality Meta Human's were utterly despised and deemed a threat to humanity while there were no organized Meta's the Governments of the world decided to take it upon themselves to order a global genocide against Meta Humans in the act of "self defence".
Rayne and Sherry were fleeing from the MHO a.k.a Mutant Hunters Organization when a worm hole opened and a Cerberus drop ship carrying a rare Ultra Nanite landed right untop of Rayne fortunately for her however she had absorbed the powers of a phaser earlier and survived the crash but a combination of the phasing and power absorption ended up with Rayne's bonding furthermore fusing with the Ultra Nanite giving the metallic body she now currently has.

the fusion had drained her of what ever energy she had left while attempting to escape and resulted in her loss of consciousness allowing the MHO to not just capture her but also the remains of the advanced drop ship.
Experiments began on her metallic body and megawhatts of energy were sent into her to see the limits of this new transformation which interested MHO scientists significantly as the nanites were both mechanical yet organic at the same time.
"DIE YOU BAAASTARDSS!"-Rayne
Eventually Rayne's sister Sherry with significant help of Lumena found the location in which the experiments were being held and released Rayne, swiftly the angered meta slaughtered the MHO officials with her new found abilities before Lumena destroyed the remains of Cerberus tech and opened up a worm hole to another world giving the sisters a choice to either leave and start a new life with Cerberus or to stay in the war consumed planet.
Sherry wished to go but Rayne secretly wanted to stay for some reason possibly because it was all she had, after a short but well thought out decision she agreed to go with Lumena for the sake of Sherry and herself thus leaving that reality and entering a new one. Seven years later Rayne had perfected the use of her abilities thanks to Cerberus training and so had her sister and together they joined the Hero Brigaide Paragon ranks with their versatile abilities Rayne's were [Power Absorption],[Memory Replication],[Technopathy],[Amorphous Physiology]
Enhanced Strength (In her humanoid form she has a base strength of ten tons but through shifting her shape via the nanites she can reach class hundred at the cost of time and mental strain via keeping form)
Power Absorption (Similar to Rogue from the X-Men she can absorb the powers of other beings with out harming them however it is only through physical contact the longer she has physical contact the longer her powers will last, currently she has the ability to keep powers after absorbing them but only at a very low level but this at the same time means Rayne stole a small portion permanently from another being and can only be returned by her destruction)
Memory Replication (Similar to her Power Absorption ability but not completely is her memory replication ability which is also gained through physical contact but it does not fade away and instead lasts permanently, physical contact is only necessary to continue the gathering of information as it is not instant and requires time so the longer she has physical contact with some one the more memories she finds and replicates to keep the only limitations however are memories that are suppressed,erased or blocked)
Regeneration (Thanks to the nanites fusing with her body she can now regenerate from a microscopic sized nanite to a full grown woman with in moments)

Martinez already at the time was a Staff Sergeant due to his heroic acts and perfect track record, with initiative he had been hacking and decrypting enemy data when he heard of the Ultra Nanites being captured relaying this to command he and twenty other Mark X pilots went deep into enemy territory to acquire the Ultra Nanites.
An hour later half of Martinez's men were KIA'd and four wounded he was on his own as six other stayed behind to hold off thousands of enemy personal until Riggs could get the nanites, upon reaching the capsules location Riggs came across a nanite augmented Chinese Super Suit

With out another word the two engaged, long story short Riggs Mark X was no match for the Ultra Nanite enhanced suit and was on his knees, as his opponent approached Riggs and the last of his men were eventually killed off he did the desperate. Firing what ever energy he had left into his thruster he flew into the other fifteen remaining Ultra Nanites absorbing them into his suit with magnets and than eventually into his body, the odds were now in favor of Martinez Riggs his suit instantaneously repaired and evolved to not just match his enemy but actually over power him due to having fifteen times more power than the China Man.
Martinez ripped his opponents suit apart with ease and thrusted his hand into the mans heart pulling it out, the heart beated freshly in Riggs armored hand moments before it died out the Ultra Nanite that was than inside the heart entered Rigg completing a transformation process that permanently bonded the Ultra Nanites to his body.
With this new found power Martinez was invincible as all technology in the area was useless mean whiled heavy weaponry failed to even flinch him. One month later China surrendered due to Rigg's efforts, however his story does not end there the reason Riggs is with Cerberus is because his own country betrayed him as he refused to be experimented on by scientists which caused them to believe he was AWOL, with no other choice Riggs fought the very country he swore to protect

With better funding U.S scientists were able to create a synthetic or what some would say an artificial womb, they extracted Ovules from the best female military combatant and fertilized it with the sperm of the best male military combatant and thus Guile Hunter was created and last named after the president Kain Hunter, while still an Embryo Hunter went under extreme genetic engineering to increase his stats after several modifications he was put into a chamber and began to age at a steady pace.
In the year 2036 Guile had reached the age of ten but never fully became conscious to the real world and instead interacted through a virtual environment the scientists made due to fearing Guile going AWOL should they release him to the true world, knowledge and information a forty year old would know was transmitted into his ten year old body causing him to instantly learn the basics and begin to understand the more complex information at a steady pace.
In a secret exhibit to China to show off the prototype slash soldier of the future a terrorist organization shot down the aircraft carrying kid Guile Hunter as it was over Asia, the aircraft landed in the high mountains of Tibet the only survivor being kid Guile several minutes passed before the auto locks disengaged and opened.
Ten year old Guile exited the remains of the barely stable aircraft in the white jump suit he awoke in, his extreme physical stats allowed him to comfortably survive the extreme temperatures until he found the the Palace of a mythical group of Tibetan monks these however were no ordinary monks as they possessed super natural abilities through Chi-Manipulation they viewed Guile worthy of learning their ways after he survived the crash and journey to the palace.
Twenty years passed and it was now 2056 Guile had reached the physical age of twenty his physical aging slowed down significantly while he mentally aged significantly becoming what some would say wise for his age, Guile has mastered Chi-Manipulation in just the two decades he was there and was even said to be on par with the Elders this however was shortly lived as just mere weeks after Mastering his Chi-Manipulation the U.S government found their super soldier.
All ready grown up he was put into trials revealing that his physical stats surpassed their expectations as he was now twenty times physically superior to a peak human, the added discipline and martial arts training followed by Chi-Mastery was another excellent and well appreciated surprise they found out. Guile was put into active duty as the first U.S Super Soldier in history to be sent into combat with the combined knowledge of the worlds greatest military and legendary knowledge from his mythical masters Guile became a game changer in all battle due to his incredible physical stats and skills.
At the age of thirty Guile had mastered every known Martial Arts on Earth and learned how to pilot every vehicle and use every weapons as his mind absorbed knowledge and replicated skills with flawless efficiency, until one unfortunate event happened in 2077 the vice president was assassinated and Guile was framed for it while secretly it was the CIA framing him due to the feat of his increasing power.
Instead of fleeing from his prosecutors Guile willing confronted and allowed himself to get imprisoned and sent to court for trial despite his innocence, being found guilty due to bribery and misplaced evidence Guile was being sent into the electric chair when Sparrow froze time and confronted the American patriot thus giving him the same offer that he gave to Ryland Shayd which he too accepted
In a alternate reality the late 21st century had a tech company seemingly sprout out of no where, this company was called Cerberus.
Cerberus quickly reached fame with new tech gadgets hundreds of years more advanced than anything in that era, soon the best computers of that time were replaced by the advanced quantum computers Cerberus manufactured in bulk, other inventions that were included were nuclear powered vehicles that could last for several centuries Cerberus even found away to safely get rid of radioactive waste and remove the radiation from irradiated areas with in hours by speeding up the process of decay via time manipulation, with in a decade Cerberus owned every corporation in the world buying each one out and assimilating it and about a century after that Cerberus owned everything.

Military Tech was kept in secret until Cerberus owned the world, Advanced Military tech was difficult to produce with out the aid of "The Sparrow of Blades" who gave them necessary schematics and data from the previous faction which was destroyed by a powerful empire the Cerberus would later fight in the future.

A.I's are the bread and butter in Cerberus they were created a decade after Cerberus owned Earth, their intelligence is vast estimated to be around six hundred I.Q points on average (some times greater) and have even shown excellent human like initiative.
Not only are the A.I's smarter than any non augmented or super human they also think at incredible speeds at minimum equal to a Quantum Computer at high end faster then even a QC going as far as to thinking and reacting in the yoctoseconds, with such great intelligence and speed also comes back up with processing power which even the lowest of Cerberus A.I's have more then all of the computers of 21st century era Earth combined.
As of now Cerberus A.I's are so efficient and advanced that entire fleets could be given to a generic A.I and placed in a suicide mission the result would be them preform far greater than even the greatest human generals of Cerberus could possibly do either in success or reaching the optimum amount of combat efficiency before failing, now Cerberus A.I's do have a vast amount of freedom's that would cause those with aibohphobia to commit suicide but they have a few rules as such.
A Cerberus A.I may not injure a Cerberus affiliate or, through inaction, allow a Cerberus affiliate to come to harm.
A Cerberus A.I must obey the orders given to it by human beings or other fellow A.I's who are passing down a order, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
A Cerberus A.I must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Cerberus created a Master Control control nanite for nanites and technology, the name of this super nanite is known as the Ultra Nanite according to Cerberus this variant is one of the most advance nanites in all realities and universes, Ultra nanites allows a limitless production of nanites to be made its power source being very energy efficient as it can be powered by the heart of a human being or anything above that energy output level.
The Ultra nanite has a limitless production capability as long as it is powered but it is limited to the energy output, The more energy it has the faster it can produce while the less energy is has the less it can produce.
The Ultra Nanite is also the only piece of tech in Cerberus so far that can counter high level Technopath users as it was designed to be a "Master Control" and thus only other "Master Control" or Ultra Nanites can stalemate each other, not only are they immune to the effects of Technopathy but they can also grant the power of technopathy itself when implanted near a source of energy such as a strong healthy heart or energy cell.
Ultra Nanites are some what hard to get for mid-ranking operatives and almost impossible for low ranking ones due to their importance however by no means are they rare as Ultra Nanites are increasingly common with high tier beings in Cerberus. Ultra Nanites were created five years after Cerberus A.I's had been created to counter the increasing cyber attacks at the time since the A.I's were no where near as powerful as currently.
The incredibly famous Ultra Nanite are reserved for personnel with granted access to it and as a result only select individuals have access to them, other CERB personnel rely on common nanites despite the common in their title they are far more advanced then any nanites in the 21st century

[CBAT Armor]
History:
The CBAT armor is a revised power armor from an aged U.M spec model, several changes were made increasing the overall efficiency of the sucessor armor by a factor of twenty, compared to its archaic version CBAT armor is twenty times better than its based predecessor. The standard CBAT armor comes equipped with multiple features that have proven to be useful for Cerberus soldiers such as
Enhanced STATS
the original U.M armor was much lighter than it's successor CBAT armor but lacked the strength increment and defenses that the CBAT armor could give.
CBAT armor weighs approximately 140 kilograms this is not including the weight of the occupant which can range from either 100-299 lbs meaning the maximum weight possible of a person wearing CBAT armor could range 409 or 608 lbs, the weight of the CBAT armor is not for one to worry about as the servos and cybernetic equipment built in the joints hold the weight and support the armor like most variants of Power Armor.

The Cerberus Assault Troopers are the back bone of the Cerberus military might which commonly go by the name CERB corps, they are equipped by default head to toe in a CBAT armor.
The Cerberus Assault Trooper was the first official Cerberus combat unit to be put into active duty in the formation of the organization, despite their appearance all Cerberus troopers are highly trained and quite deadly even with out power armor.

Must be sixteen years old or older to be eligible for recruitment.
Must sign a life-term contract that's air tight (no loopholes) and accept the conditions in joining Cerberus.
Male or Female conscripts are allowed to join the CERB corps.
Fraternization is allowed with in reason mostly as long as it does not interfere with missions/assignments/objectives/orders.
Must be capable of passing the physical exam and mental exam. (On par with the U.S Marine corps) should he or she fail they are allowed to try again every six months.
Agree to suffer the Death Penalty or just as harsh punishment should they commit treason upon being an official member unless however a valid reason is given on why he or she did so.
Racism as well as Sexism is strictly forbidden in the CERB corps and those who refuse to treat their fellow Cerberus brothers and sisters as equals for either the color of their skin or sexuality will be permanently prohibited from attempting to join the CERB corps ever again.
Recruits must have a minimum of 120 Intelligence Quotient points to join however many exceptions have been allowed under certain circumstances such as times when Cerberus is lacking sufficient man power although this rule applies commonly when they do have sufficient man power and can choose to be picky.
