@FadeToBlackBolt: As a character he's just boring as heck. Mostly because he basically has no real character.

He's a plot devise that only exists to fight Batman, which is why he always seems out of place against anyone else.

Without Batman he's just some loon and that's it. He's the reason I hate when people say Batman is only interesting because of his rouge's gallery.

Actually the Orange Lantern is one of the most powerful as he runs on an entire central battery himself, allowing for powerful hordes of constructs.

Although DC turned Larfleeze(the main Orange Lantern) into something of joke. Don't know how his corps is doing currently.
