We'll take the three days of preparation. With Black Panther and Batman ingenuity putting to use the other team members this is a Flash slaughterhouse.

Cyborg unequivocally wins. Cyborg is the machine; Iron Man wears the machine. It is the difference between bloodline (Cyborg) and becoming a citizen (Iron Man). It is the difference between Aquaman (Cyborg) and a "dolphin trainer" (Iron Man) . Flawless Victor(y).

Team 2 Villains and 3 Heroes: Magneto, Scarlet Witch, Captain Marvel (DC), Phoenix, Captain America

The teams are to defeat each other any way possible.

They are the most powerful versions of themselves.

They do not start off in a centralized location. They do have knowledge of the opposing teams powers and abilities, tendencies, et cetera. Everyone is prepped up to the maximum (machines, gems, forces, CIS: On, PIS: On, WIS: Off, et cetera). Give reasons, evidence, et cetera for your choice.

@YoungThriller: Deus ex Machina Batman is able to do "anything" by way of "logic"; he could not punch out the Hulk in the fashion of Batman loaded with fanboy/girl powers. -Deus ex Machina Batman & Silver Age Superman win.
