@mrdecepticonleader: Countries like the Middle East or Africa do not do the process of Capital Punishment. I think you're confusing the term Capitol Punishment with Penalty of Death.

In Capital Punishment a trail has to take place, and the punishment can not be passed only unless the evidence are stacked up against the person who committed the "Capital Crime". For example: 1st Degree murder is a capital crime. Only Capital Crimes initiate the Capital Punishment process of a Lawful execution to justify the victim(s).

^ That's Capital Punishment.

The countries you speak of do not practice Capitol Punishment. They practice the Death to anyone who conflicts with the majority (or the king/tyrant). They do not order trails to be run and if they did, they do not use evidence to stack against the culprit. They just straight kill them.

5. To grant access to Gym were prisoners can lift weights, exercise to become big, play basket ball, play foot ball. etc...

7. To grant a room with plumbing (a sink and toilet) and electricity (free of bill for them since the electricity bill and water bill are paid by the tax-payers.... YOUR TAX)
8. To grant dental plans (for free)
9. To grant health insurance (for free)
10. To grant free mailing services

ALL of the 1st Degree Prisoners.

So in compliance of you in support for solitary in life, you accept these terms?

Or would you rather your taxes be spent for more useful things?

Capital Punishment is the process of law in a proceeding of trail for a killer who is to be sentenced to death for the murder of his or her victim(s).

Capitol Punishment does not mean put a Thief, or drunk driver, or self-defender to death. It does not mean that. What it means is put 1st degree murderers to death.

The only reason why its close to even is because the soldiers have long distant range. But once the ninja get close enough is game over for a Universal Soldier.
