well he fights Thor fairly often (as well as having several encounters with the Avengers), and Thor has incalculable strength like Superman/Hulk.

1 scenario that i thought out was Loki and Zod fight it out with eachother. Loki, seeing is physically inferior, makes a hazy cloud of smoke and quickly makes a clone of himself in the cloud. He makes the cloud kneel before Zod, and Zod, happy that he has another follower, begins lecturing Loki about his army (or whatever Zod would lecture a recruit about). the real Loki quickly teleports behind Zod and runs his magical blade through Zods heart and blasts him with a mystic force from his staff.

Batman doesn't make it past Cap? Batman has mastered over 125 (around that amount) different fighting styles while Cap is a trained soldier with peak human physical attribute. Batman is also peak human physically. Batman without his standard arsenal sure as hell isn't getting past Iron Fist with his abilities (the op doesnt state otherwise)

well with Krytonians/Kandorians they can be affected by magic, but it is not crippling like Kryptonite. I figured Loki has magic and Zod is physically stronger so it should be a good fight.
