I'm thinking a group effort with Phobos weakening him (as payback for Ares), he gets hit by just about every hero currently there, and Thor delivering the killshot (or could be Thor, Cap & Iron Man together, might make for a great beginning of the Heroic Age)
He's supposedly called a "changeling", either offshoots of mutants or a whole new species altogether, whose powers manifested at birth, unlike mutants whose powers manifested at around puberty.
Well the dupes do function independent from the prime. But the speculation about when the Prime is killed, a dupe would take his place does seem plausible, instead of killing the Prime kills all the dupes like in most characters with cloning powers. Gonna make him kinda hard to beat, unless you round up all the dupes (gotta be really hard to do) and kill all of 'em, preferably at once, before they have a chance to duplicate.

Cable built a teleportation matrix for himself in his lab, but since him and deadpool have the same DNA he can say "bodyslide by one", and teleport to wherever Deadpool is and vice versa. if Deadpool or Cable say "bodyslide by two" they both telport back to cables residence. Actually, if i remember correctly, saying "bodyslide by one" teleports them, but fuses their bodies together like in Cable & Deadpool #6, when their genes fused together or something, temporarily making Wade's skin normal.
I refuse to acknowledge Weapon XI as Deadpool but the Wade Wilson at the start was pretty accurate, personality and skill-wise (not looks-wise, unless they were going for pre-Weapon X Wilson)

#98, if memory serves, CMIIW he does have one of the best healing factor in MU, although rather inconsistent, sometimes it heals fast, sometimes it takes quite some time to regen a lost limb, for instance.
