    After what the Cuckoos did, he should have a long list of abilities, what is the full scope of what he can do?

    Well as I see just from being around the senior members of the X-men and their enemies he would have the following: 
    Stragetic Planning 
    Expertise in various sciences 
    Unarmed combat knowledge 
    Skills in different weaponary and firearms 
    Multilingual 
    Medical knowledge 
    Skills in manipulation and deception 
    Espionage
    Alien culture and technology 
    Various magic lore 
    Psychology 
    Torture 
    Etc. 
    Then there was any regular civilian from his high school years up until M-Day, and also his own naturally high intellect from serious studying after the loss of mutant powers.

    Yes, all his skills tie into his knowledge and what limits he has as a baseline human. The Cuckoos restored memories of every bit of non-mutant or superhuman skill. Anything he can recall, he can do at a normal human physical level. There are comics displaying his medical and technical skills after the Cuckoos rebooted him so to speak.

    Why isn't he used more in the X-books? He could be their Batman.

    Because he was part of New X-men and most of the characters there barely get used sadly.

    He should have magic powers as he has doctor strange knowledge on it why are they limiting him he can be very powerful.
