A member of the Teen Titans during the year after the Infinite Crisis. He has some ties to Apokolips. He was also Supergirl's boyfriend for a while, but... that didn't end so well.
he was born on Apocalypse and Darkseid was going to use him against earth but when he saw Supergirl while she was under Darkseid's control he decided to become a weirdo instead and spend his days on earth super stalking Kara...he managed to hide his psychoness for a while and him and Kara dated but she discovered his wall covered in pics of her and tried to leave and he attacked her...she beat the crap out of him and that was it until he joined Cyborg's Titans East team and was killed shortly after that

That! And he wasn't suppose to "live" that long thereafter. (Teen Titans? 52? I don't really remember where he guest starred in...) But from what I've seen, he's been well used as a recurring character in the Supergirl series...before being killed finally :P
