morph sequence= just yell "ancient fighters go" while pressing the crystal in the center of the watch then you will jump through a portal that puts you in armor, once your helmet is on you are fully morphed

antagonist, king dextrin and the knightadons

story. aleios is attacked by the knightadons who wanted the power crystals for themselves. to stop them, aleios put the crystals into five wrist watches and sent himself and sirin4 to earth there they found a special cave to put their controls in. then aleios sent sinrin4 to recruit 5 teens with attitude to save the planet from invasion .
