They're still around, but technicallythey've disbanded. Julie went to live in LA and became part of Excelsior/The Loners, a super hero team that try to ween other teen heroes away from super heroics. No-one knows about Alex, Jack or Katie who are presumably still at home. Since Julie is in her late teens now, it's safe to presume that Alex went to college, while Katie & Jack are finally in high school and have gained a few years.
Nope... that was an alternate reality Power Pack. It is an adventure with Skrulls posing as them, but it isn't part of Secret Invasion. The relaunch stuff is really fun, and some of it even come with Mini Marvels stories in the back.
