Power Girl Super Girl
are they kind of like twin sisters in a way ik PG is Earth 2 Kara and all. but do they see each other as sisters cause Kara is younger then PG and Karen has a Womans figure curvy hips ass tummy legs tits. were Kara is a young teen with curves but not as pronounced as PGs. i see them as twin sisters in a way idk what you guys think how do you see them.
@Avenging-X-Bolt said:no. they're not even all that fond of each other from what i rememberit was only at first when PG thought that she was becoming irrelevant in Supes life and being replaced, but her and SG sorted out their problems with each other
hasnt power girl been irrelevant in Clark's life since the first crisis?
I've always seen PG as the full-grown version and SG as the teen version.
this pretty much
I've always thought that thought they're similar, Power Girl and Supergirl are still quite different people. I mean sure Kara Zor-El is a teenager, she'd have to start hitting the super-gym Hard to start looking more like Peeg. And usually PG is drawn with a stronger (more masculine) chin and jaw... But that's just me...
And I was always curious as to why the different name "Power Girl" instead of Supergirl? I mean, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, GL, even Hawkman had alternate-world versions with the same heroic name. Only Power Girl is different. While the others had similar costumes, or at least parts of the costumes, Power Girl's costume is totally different than Supergirl's costume.
I do agree with theik2 that PG has a different body type, personality, temperament and style than SG, more-so than the above alternate-earth counterparts. It is almost as if she was created not to be Earth-2 SG, but just a super-powered woman from E-2?
PG wanted to have her own name and costume, she didn't wanted to look like Superman :)And I was always curious as to why the different name "Power Girl" instead of Supergirl? LOL. No, PG does not look like SM.
I applaud Karen for wanting her own name and identity. However, she also likes the bond to the other 2 Kryptonians in her life as well. It leads me to Wonder if there is a Power Man out there (and no, not the one in the Marvel Universe!)??
Is Karen really the alternate reality version of Kara? Or a cousin? Or a not-related Kryptonian? Hmmmmm........
