All over the place. Like ALL over the place. She goes from being punked in h2h by Ultra-Humanite, to backhanding Jay Garrick, to getting one-shotted by Black Adam, to being distinctly superior to Supergirl, to being barely beaten by Wonder Woman.

This is correct. And is a problem for the character. She's Kryptonian! And the cousin of a guy who's currently dominating the entire Earth 2 world easily. Who said she was as powerful as he was early on without being contradicted by him. This is in the nu52 of course, the quote refers to her prior power levels. This is a chance to correct that mistake, and I hope the nu52 takes it.
