@ultimatewarrior123: Punching somebody far away doesn't automatically mean you are stronger. Jeez. In the same fight, Wonder Woman blitzes her, and then subdues her. Would you like me to assume that WW is stronger?
Ok but anyway, Power Girl is awesome.
Power Girl
Character » Power Girl appears in 1721 issues.
Kara Zor-L is the older, wiser, and stronger counterpart of Supergirl from Earth 2 but resides on the Prime Earth.

@218Comics: is there a picture of PG you prefer then?
Anything less cartoony. No matter how Power Girl is drawn (and there is some great art out there), if her breasts are so massive that they're the focus of every page, and they are, she's going to look cartoony and have a hard time being taken seriously.

@218Comics: omg they take up like 1/5 of a page sometimes...

Not about how much they take up, it's about how they reflect on the character.
Powergirl briefly takes it to friggin' MORDRU, The JSA-basher himself
Powergirl knocked around a bloodlusted, mentally unstable version of Superman. As we all know, being on the losing side of a battle against Supes in such a state is a huge feat, so I figure dominating such a fight should be too. Also, she head-butts Major Force, and he isn't seen the rest of the issue. Next issue, he's shown unconscious. She also hits Black Adam and he isn't seen for the rest of the issue:

From S/B#27, Superman is stuck in Powergirl's body. He/she takes a decent beating from Solomon Grundy without fighting back, then KOes Grundy with 2 hits:(some of the scans aren't working, so I can't post the entire fight)
When the new 52 came out and DC talked about revamping characters for the modern reader I really hoped that more of Power Girl's character would get blended with Supergirl rather the horrible treatment she's gotten in World's Finest. People obviously focus on her breasts, but as a guy I think she's the best female superhero in DC's lineup. Even better than Wonder Woman because of how well she gets along with the rest of the superhero community and the normal woman aspect good writers bring to her character. Her last solo series was one of the best DC has put out in years and its a shame that it had to end with Flashpoint and the new 52.
So as I was saying, really wish DC had scrapped the teenage anger and confusion aspect of Supergirl (which is just stupid to do two origin stories in a row......at least with Superboy they changed aspects of his character and creation to be a new origin story) and gone with a look (even if they didn't use the costume at least her general build and hairstyle), personality, and general attitude more in keeping with Power Girl. They could have kept her (Supergirl) a teenager and didn't have to use a large rack. But a Supergirl more like Power Girl would be far better than the Supergirl we have now (can't remember where I read an article about how great the new Supergirl series is but so far all its been to me is annoying crap) and its a shame that we can't get a Supergirl with the numerous positives of Power Girl all on the basis of anatomy.
Why haven't anyone posted scans from her Earth 2 appearances?
I've posted some of her fight with Darkseid....in other threads.

Okay, which threads? Does she have any other respect threads?
@mightykalel: I don't recall which threads. So here goes again.
Gouging Darkseid's eye out:
There are other pics I can't find, but they include Power Girl doing something only the two Flashes have ever done AFAIK: outrunning Darkseid's Omega beams. She also pusher her way right through his Omega beams to gouge his eye out. She loses in the end, of course, because she's Power Girl, and that's how DC runs with her.
Since the PG News thread discussed PG's fighting style, I thought I'd post this scan from PG vs WW, which shows PG's fighting style pretty well.
@achilles100: Thanks. You should post the incident where she and Val-Zod together created a neutron bomb and tanked it without any damage. That's a very good durability feat. I don't have the comics now, otherwise I would've posted it.

You're welcome. I'm not familiar with the bomb incident you mention, so I can't post any scan on that. There was however another bit in another comic where Superman, Power Girl, and Guy Gardener take a point black nuclear explosion. Guy is shielded by his ring, the other two aren't and act like it was a minor annoyance.
Here's a pic with both Tangent Power Girl and real Power Girl.

I think it happened during world's end series. Powergirl and Val-Zod flew so fast that when they collided they created a neutron bomb.

Ah yes, now I remember. This is the first and only scan I can find.
And this is a scan of Power Girl from Winick's Justice League Generation Lost.
