I'm just interested in your opinion of whether the issues of Power Girl being published are worth picking up?

Very true, but I've enjoyed what I've seen so far. The art's different but rather nice....and Winick's done a good job of focusing on Karen's character. Still early, but I'm optimistic that they'll continue to build Power Girl in a proper way.

You could look for reviews for them from different sites and see what people think.

I'll admit I was a little bummed when I heard that Palmotti, Grey and Conner were leaving, but I really am still enjoying the series with the new creative team.  Besides, it's always a good idea to switch out creators from time to time in order to keep series from getting stale.

The current story arc ties in to the whole Max Lord coming back stuff, but it 's over this week, maybe it'll have standalone arcs next issue
Digging the art, and the writing's great
Although Palmiotti, Grey & Conner will still be missed

    It's awesome!
    The art's awesome too.
Sure, it's different from the other run...but I think it's just as good.
IMO, I think it's helping Power Girl become a better character in the DCU.

It seems more relevant now than it did under Palmiotti and Gray, and the character seems to be taken more seriously, though PG's snarkiness and humor is still there, albeit muted somewhat, and going less for the obvious breast jokes.  So yeah, it is good, but of course everyone's mileage varies.

After they changed the team I was not sure if I was going to like it..but so far I have been enjoying the book a lot.
The story has been interesting and I have enjoyed the fight scenes a lot (though I have to admit that I miss some of the visual humour of the previous team..)
I am definetly going to renew my order for 2011 :-)
