A new Power Broker, who gave Hardball of the Initiative his powers. It has been revealed that before Hardball, the broker empowered Roger's brother with super strength, though did not tell him that there were others he made stronger resulting in hardball's brother being bed ridden. Also, it has been shown that the power broker sold hardball's contract to Hydra.
