Venus vol 1, 03: Neptune's first appearence
Venus vol 1, 18: Neputonia destroys cities using the sea
Tales to Astonish vol 1, 75: Neptune banished the faceless ones with a wave of his hand
Submariner vol 1, 17: We see how Neptune's trident was created.
Marvel Fanfare vol 1, 16: Upon Namor's request, in order to save the live of a horse, Neptune turns it into a sea horse.
Avengers vol 1, 282: Takes Namor to Hades
Avengers 285: Zeus decreed that no one born of Olympus is to go to Earth.
Spectacular Spiderman Annual 09: Neptun destroys Elder God Set's statue, harmed Set greatly, this angers Set , he plans a revenge, but never takes once. Poor Set.
Marvel Handbook 1989 confirms that Neptune greatly harmed Set and Set was angry
