A brilliant botanical biochemist, Pamela Isley is a fervent eco-terrorist out to save the world's plant life by any means necessary. She often finds herself at odds with Batman, though they have, on occasion, fought on the same side.
I personally like Spider-Man and Poison Ivy way more. Know it's a DC/Marvel crossover, don't care. Spidey is way more forgiving and understanding I think, and his attitude towards women in general seems like something Ivy would appreciate. I could elaborate more if ya disagree.

Late response is late but it would be a no for me. The idea of Batman getting romantically involved with a member of his rogues gallery has been done twice, Catwoman and Talia al Ghul, no reason to see it done a third time. I don't think that it helps Ivy's character in the slightest to have her and Batman be lovers and to be honest, doesn't really help Batman either.
For the same reason the Batman doesn't work with Catwoman or Talia, because they are villains. Batman would never consent to being with a villain and if they stopped being villains then they would they would lose what makes them unique.
