As a huge Ultimate Fan, I am sad. @laflux@veshark Sad day indeed :( Ultimate Universe will end.

So it seems everyone will die, including Miles which REALLY SUCKS! I'm so upset we never get to see such a great character potential. I hope characters like Ultimate Cap and Miles can at least make it to 616 or something, what a freaking waste :/

They had a good run, but so many characters are worth keeping. Ultimate Reed Richards (Best Villain ever), Ultimate Iron Man, Ultimate Thor, Ultimate Miles, Ultimate Captain America, Ultimate Hawkeye, Ultimate Invisible Woman, and Ultimate Wolverine (Needed to come back alive dangit!) would all make a great team to carry over into 616 or something. I mean if characters like Midnighter, Zealot, Majestic, Griffen, Captain Marvel, Black Adam, ect can make it in DC as main characters, then why not Some of the top Ultimate Heroes. All those now DC characters never had history in DC Universe, but became top names for DC now.

Oh well.....

@wolverine08 I think it is funny that the writer of this Ultimate Cataclysm book stated Marvel Now Captain America is more like Ultimate Captain America now 26:10. Same for 616 Hawkeye has changed alot to be more like his Ultimate counter part.

@cadencev2: The only real thing I see is that Marvel has decided to modernize 616 Cap's costume. Seems they based his helmet around Ultimate Cap's. The two are still drastically different in terms of personality. Same with 616 Hawkeye and his Ultimate counterpart in terms of personality.

@wolverine08: Facts are facts, I am officially not the only one, even writers think the same as me. Makes me feel good.

Really great show guys now I am sad I never got into the Ultimate's just never had the budget for it oh well its people like me who got the line canceled not Joshua Hale for not putting up a fight. :) So it was bunker that was the post apocalyptic book that sounds right up my alley will have to check it out.

That this is the death of Ultimate Marvel. Ultimate Marvel Books are all canceled now and this is the final event to end the Universe.

I seem to recall a different conversation. One with possible hints of sarcasm.

But what were his exact words confirming this? I'm confused because no other comic news outlet has reported this, and it sounds like a big thing.

No, no, no! Everybody has the conversation all mixed up. Joshua Fiaklov did not say the Ultimate universe will end. All he said was that something will happen and that he is not allowed to tell anyone anything and also he never said anyone like Miles or Cap or characters in general will die yet. Also, most of time Josh was answering the questions sarcastic. It's what he usually does. So, don't take everything he said as the truth. Try to listen carefully guys and not jump into conclusions. By the way, I love the Ultimate universe so much because the characters are so totally different and yes Ultimate Reed Richards is the best villain. I'm so glad someone thinks so as well.

I liked the Charles Soule joke, I wonder if he drops any of his books in the next three or four months. I'm looking forward to She-Hulk.
