Matt I love your reviews and enjoyed the podcast. I've got several issues of Peter David's Aquaman run. You've inspired me to get cracking on those and checkout Will Pfeifer's run too. Also plan on checking out the Valiant stuff in trade.
I can definitely sympathize with Matt when he says that Aquaman still doesn't get enough love. He was never my favorite character or anything, but I've always liked him. And I never understood why people think being able to communicate with sea life is a stupid power. If I had that power and someone were to mess with me, I could summon a shark to come eat them. So, bottom line...not a lame power.
For a dc group similar to the universal horror characters : parasite, timber wolf, solomon grundy, rose and thorn, professor ivo, invisible hood, kordax. The current Legion comic is only doing 1 Legion to avoid confusion and the other Legion versions have not been seen for a while so Andromeda has not been seen for a while. In Stormwatch, the older century babies in various time periods have already been mentioned.
Hey, @G-Man, I think it'd be awesome if you could get Geoff Johns on here. I alway like his interviews. Plus, it'd be great to get in his head and learn where Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Justice League are going. Or maybe Jonathan Hickman could come on and give us some insight on Avengers. Also, I know I should have said this a while ago, but next time you see Brian Buccellato or Francis Manapul, please tell them how awesome I think their work on Flash is. I think I can speak for at least a good amount of comic fans when I say that I think those two have made their mark on that title. You know when a creative team is so great on a title that their run is remembered as one of the best for said character(s) and their careers are made by their run on that title, like Claremont and Byrne on X-Men or Wolfman and Perez on Teen Titans? Well, I think in 20 or so years, we're all gonna remember the Buccellato/Manapul run on Flash. Yes, I like it that much.

Damian killing the Joker, that would be crazy. I wouldn't know how Bruce would react to that. But if Alfred died I would see Batman going over the edge. Or maybe Batman kills the joker, but I think Scott did say he would have another Joker story, from a podcast of CV's.
I think it could be a possibility that TEAM 7 could have killed the All-Caste monks. Some how the whole T7 gets possesed by Eclipso, and Essence did show up in issue 3, maybe thats somehow related.
