In Italy were published 4 different series of Playcolt: in each case, the numbering started over with every new year/series (as it was the custom in those days). This strange numbering was set aside in the fourth series, which, starting again with number 1, then continued in a logical progressive numbering in the years to come. Here, the issues are numbered vol/nr, so issue IV/12 would be volume 4, issue 12
For the first series (1972), Edifumetto published 3 issues; for the second series (1973), 23 issues; for the third series (1974), 24 issues; for the fourth series (starting in 1975 and going on till 1979), 78 issues.
There are also 3 extra numbers, supplement to numbers IV/14, IV/57 and IV/69.
