Platinum Flatts, the newest DCU city, has been established as being in California, near Star City. It was created by Sean Mckeever during his short run on the title. Oracle first moved the Birds of Prey to Platinum Flatts after Black Alice stole magic from the city, at which time Oracle also got wind of several plots there involving the Mob. In Birds of Prey #119, the team is moving into their new base, which is cloaked as Clocktower Systems (presumably a tech company, given the location). Platinum Flatts hasn't really given the Birds of Prey any new villains yet, but #119 had Huntress battle a nuisance called "Carface" . Development of the city and citizens is apparently ongoing.
