Pisces was hired by Elijah to protect his drug lab under the Mojave Desert. It is unclear how Pisces got his powers.
Major Story Arc
Brightest Day: Villains for Hire
Deathstroke and his team of Titans invade Elijah's underground drug lab, and seem to have Elijah trapped when the Titans begin to fall one by one. Pisces is able to use his toxic touch to put Osiris under the effects of Bliss. While under the effects he thinks he sees his sister Isis alive once again. While the Titans battle Pisces team of Dominators, Pisces is oddly absent. He is seen later as a body smoking on the floor, but it is unsure how he got like that, though Cinder was near by at the time.
