    Pinocchio was a cyborg. His original name was Ricky. He was a young boy whose family were killed. He joined the military in hopes of one day avenging them. He volunteered for the Lazarus Project in the belief it would give him enough power to gain revenge. It did but also turned him into a killer machine controlled by other people. Wolverine later rescued Ricky and had him reunited with his cousin Target/Ted.

    Creation

    Pinocchio Robot was created by Jo Duffy, John Buscema and Dan Green in 1990 and first appeared in Wolverine # 27.
