Pied Piper

The Pied Piper is a lesser-known member of the Flash's Rogue's Gallery. Making his debut in Flash # 106, the Pied Piper uses his pipes and sonic devices to perform incredible feats through sound.

Deadshot was assigned to kill the Trickster and Pied Piper during Countdown to Final Crisis,this led to Tricksters death when he attempted to save Pied Piper.

Hartley Rathaway was born deaf, but he was cured by an expensive procedure funded by his multimillionaire father. This caused him to be obssessed with sound. After a lot of work, he realized how to hypnotize people using sound. He used it for a life of crime, as it made it very easy to steal and commit crimes when he could control minds. He took the name "Pied Piper", like the folk tale character who also controlled minds through sound. However, after Barry Allen died, Pied Piper saw the error of his ways and turned good. He currently works as an FBI agent using his mastery of sound to catch criminals and do good.

The Pied Piper is a lesser-known member of the Flash's Rogue's Gallery. Killed Bart Allen (the Flash) when he and the other panicked Rogues, when it looked like Bart was going to would win, even without his powers.
