The world has been overrun, the fleash-eating undead rule the streets, and two teen boys are left abandoned in the city to fend for themselves and care for their rotting mother. In a world where the undead eat human flesh, what chance to two boys have when they can hardly get along themselves? Featuring art by Andrew Ritchie that will literally make your skin crawl, and story by Steve Niles, readers will discover that this is NOT your typical zombie story.

A boy's love for his undead mother is a strong thing. 0

This story is twisted.  The premise is two boys have to take care of their Zombie mom, since she maintains her Human mind they can't kill her.  Since she remains a live, in their captivity, they must find food for her.  Zombies can only eat fresh human flesh, so the boys must find a freshly killed scavenger by zombies or kill one themselves.    There is an odd level of admiration I have for the boys, family first after all.  Who they kill becomes a great aspect to the plot and I think Steve Nile...
