Ashamed of her past, she began claiming to be Aphrodite the Olympian Goddess of Love, a claim which fooled even the Gods themselves. Becoming a member of the Agents of Atlas, Venus found herself officially receiving the position of the Olympian Goddess of Love after an encounter with the real Aphrodite.
