Who do you think could be the most powerful with phoenix?
Magneto (Our brainwaves are electric and magnetism is related on electricity soo...)

X-Man, since the Force is normally associated with powerful telepaths/telekinetics, and he's at the top of that list.

X-Man would be a good choice but I'd think he'd go supernova and we'd end up with parts of him all over the galaxy if he went Phoenix.  Storm had her hand at Phoenix in a What If so you can kinda get an idea of how that would turn out.  Iceman would melt ha ha.  Wonder what Xavier would be like as a Phoenix, pre bullet to the head.  Psylocke would be cool, she can crush mountains with her tek a little Phoenix and whammo, watch a mountain get turned to tiny dust particles and I bet her tek swords would look wicked.  Not sure if purple really goes with fire though....
