I just don't understand why the Phoenix is not properly determined in the pages of the thread or specially in battle. I do know that Jean Grey-Summers code name is Phoenix, but the Phoenix Force or Dark Phoenix is a different entity. That is why if one thread places Dark Phoenix I do not consider it as Jean Grey-Summers but Dark Phoenix having the emotions and looks of Jean.
Jean is the avatar of the Phoenix, but it doesn't follow that both characters can not live with out the other or even fight with out the other.

I love the Phonix.
But, Jean Grey, not so much. If she offered herself to me, I would say no, then go home and shower for 14 hours. Seriously, I wouldn't wanna take a dip in the community pool, if you get what I mean...
