Phil Urich

History

Phil Urich discovered one of the late Harry Osborne's secret lairs. He discovered that Harry, before his death, had been working on new goblin gear, notably a new goblin suit and glider.

Phil would start parading around as the Green Goblin and getting into fights with super-villains. Some believed Phil to be as maniacal as the rest of the goblins, but he claims he was only doing it for kicks.

Phil's costume would later become damaged during the Onslaught saga after Phil crashed his glider into a Sentinel attacking the Daily Bugle in order to destroy the robot. Repairing it was beyond his scope, and after getting beaten without his powers, he finally decided to give up being the Green Goblin.

Later, Phil, and Mickey Musashi (formerly Turbo), started up a new team The Loners to get teenage heroes off of the streets. Phil had a mental breakdown, and tried to attack Musashi and Chris Powell, then stealing Darkhawks amulet. Soon after Phil is depowered, and escapes with Penance, and hasn't been seen since then.

Powers, Abilities & Equipment

Phil possessed no powers, but the goblin suit possessed technology which augmented Phil's physical abilities.

Phil's repertoire mainly consisted of the same Halloween-themed gadgets that the other goblins used, including: the famous Bat Glider, Finger Blasts, Razor "Bat" Blades and the good old favorite of the Goblins…. The Pumpkin Bomb!

However, new gadgets included a ghost shaped gas grenade, a device in the mask which produced sonic screams which were triggered by laughter, which Phil referred to as his "Lunatic Laugh"  and devices in the boots which kept him in the air for a short time if separated from his glider.

Alternate Realities

Earth 982 - Trained May 'Mayday' Parker, aka Spider-Girl daughter of the original Spider-Man without his knowledge for a little while. He would help her out in battle sometines as the Green Goblin. He also created a new alias Golden Goblin, but abandoned it soon.
