    What would you say the worst verison of the Penguin was?

    I always felt Danny Devito's Penguin was terrible. I thought Danny Devito was perfectly cast, and did a great job with what he was given, but I hated how Burton made this sick psychotic freak thats live in the sewer instead of the more calm nightclub crime boss he is supposed to be.
