This five issue mini-series has been a surprisingly enjoyable read so far. Writer Gregg Hurwitz has been doing a great job writing Penguin's character as he's been intertwining flashbacks of his childhood in with the present storyline taking place. I feel as if I've come to know Penguin better after reading these first four issues so far.
