Origin
Very little is known about P.C. Rabid. An ultra-conservative television mogul who is incredibly obsessed with being politically correct and socially responsible, he at some point came to be in charge of Delta City-based station WPMS-3, where he was particularly focused on the production of a children's television show with which he could indoctrinate the youth into his way of thinking.
Creation
P.C. Rabid was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance in The Heckler #4.
Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
Incensed by what he perceives to be the "cancer" of the Heckler, Rabid creates a character on his children's show to vilify him. He continues his hate campaign against the Heckler even during the apocalypse, though the show is interrupted midway through by the devastation.
Powers and Abilities
P.C. Rabid has no known superhuman powers or abilities other than his complete and utter devotion to political correctness. He wears a human face mask over his own face; it is unclear what his true face actually is, or if he is indeed human.
