The Parasite... As An Orange Lantern?

If Rudy Jones was Granted an Orange Power ring, Wouldn't he constantly be draining his Ring? and if so... Will he be able to make constructs without it?

i think that Parasite would be one helluva Orange Lantern. might even boot larfleeze out of control.
