    Truth about Paradise

After the stirred last issue, things got a little more resolved in this one, as we get to know more about Mephisto´s plans, Aaron´s thoughts about alternate realities with Vance and the pavement is finished for last issue´s grand finale. It is yet unknown Daredevil´s role and the Dead Realm too in the end of this story as what will the Angels and this new army of heroes be able to do against such a powerful being like Mar-Vell. Maybe it´s something that the writers implied in issue # 8, that we create god as the image of a beautifull man and devil as a horrible beast, because the fear of becoming a twisted soul, tormented and never able to reach perfection, never able to become beautiful. That´s something connected to Mephisto´s plan too, this whole idea of fit, beautiful, image above all, despite the core of things. I guess this was a very hard work to design - despite all the background elements, ideas and stories already set in motion from Earth X and Universe X - and to create a harmony and purpose for all this characters involved in the plot, but the idea of redemption is behind all. But the truth is I expected a little more from this issue, in respite of last one, but it was cool learning more about alternate realities and time travel.
