Plot Summary

This issue is broken into "three epilogues". The first deals with the heroes stuck in the Otherworld and how they plan for their future. The second story centers on Commander Cross's fate as Johnny Venture introduces him to his new "home". Since Cross is one of the few people who know there is a portal to the Otherworld, Venture plans on keeping him locked away from the outside world. The last story is about Blackheart and the retiring Commissioner of his City. Blakheart's origin is told and the key for him to come to terms with his revenge quest is revealed. Afterwards, Blackheart is never seen again.
