Plot Summary

The Philadelphia team tackles Kid Babylon. With the aid of Blackheart and Valentine, they manage to destroy him.

In the Everglades, Doctor Meggido defeats the Freedom Machine unit sent to stop him. He offers them a choice...their lives in exchange for information on Daedalus.

Daedalus sends the Oddities to enlist an army, the Rat-men of England. Johnny Venture has a surgeon implant a bomb inside the unconscious body of Deathboy. Outrider begins his battle with Dynasty.
