    This comic book is about the world where history had been different, but the human flaws remained in place.

    Alternative Russia 90th. After Civil War 1986-1988, the Empire collapsed. Petrograd is divided into two halves: Petropolis (Confederation) and the Red City (S.E.R.P.). A new wave of crime. Underground power in Petropolis captured by five gangster clans led by the person known as the Golokost. The new order, the corruption, the cult duplicity. But nothing can last forever. Three characters with different destiny, the purpose and sights try to break this vicious circle.
